Kabaa A Hindu Temple?

Kabaa A Hindu Temple?

Like us on facebook:

The Kabaa was not a hindu temple nor it was build by any hindu but instead was build by Prophet Abraham and Ishamel. It is stated in Quran
"And (remember) when Ibrahim (Abraham) and (his son) Isma'il (Ishmael) were raising the foundations of the House (the Ka'bah at Makkah), (saying), "Our Lord! Accept (this service) from us. Verily! You are the All-Hearer, the All-Knower. "Our Lord! And make us submissive unto You and of our offspring a nation submissive unto You, and show us our Manasik (all the ceremonies of pilgrimage - Hajj and 'Umrah, etc.), and accept our repentance. Truly, You are the One Who accepts repentance, the Most Merciful. "Our Lord! Send amongst them a Messenger of their own (and indeed Allah answered their invocation by sending Muhammad Peace be upon him ), who shall recite unto them Your Verses and instruct them in the Book (this Quran) and Al-Hikmah (full knowledge of the Islamic laws and jurisprudence or wisdom or Prophethood, etc.), and sanctify them. Verily! You are the All-Mighty, the All-Wise."" [2:127-129]

Through the above verses we know that Kaba was not a Hindu temple but was built by Abraham and Ishmael. Though one should know the Muslims do not worship Kabaa nor claim it to be God.
Makkah And Hajj (Pilgrimage) In Bible

After the demise of Prophet Ishmael his descendants which were Arabs corrupted the religion of Abraham and started idol worship as happened with the nation of every Prophet when he went to Heavenly abode.  It is stated in the Qur'an that this was the first house that was built for humanity to worship Allah.
Abraham prayed to God to make Kabaa a place of worship and that nations were to become to Kabaa to honor the God.
"Our Lord, and make us Muslims [in submission] to You and from our descendants a Muslim nation [in submission] to You. And show us our rites and accept our repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful." [2:128]
Similar verses can also be found in Bible Makkah And Hajj (Pilgrimage) In Bible

Now we learn the Abraham and Ishmael build the Kaba and prayed that people would come here to worship Allah, which actually happens yearly on Hajj [Pilgrimage].Some anti-Islamics tried to compare the Muslims' bowing towards the Kaaba to the hindus' deification and glorification of their stones, by making idol gods and holy temples for these gods out of them. Islam is far from this! The hindus glorifi
cation of stones and rocks is not Islamic. We do not worship neither the Kaaba nor the black stone. In fact Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said in his famous saying that
"Demolishing the Kaaba completely is much more preferred to Allah Almighty than shedding the blood of a Believing Muslim." [Source]
Facing to the Kaba does not mean we are worshipping Kabaa. The Jewish people also turn to Temple Mount for prayers does it means that they are Pagan? No

The Black Stone has had an interesting history during the Islamic period.  In 930 AD a ruler of Bahrain - who belonged to a branch of Ismailism known as the Karmatians - sacked Makkah and carried the Black Stone away for some 70 years until it was ransomed. In the process, the Black Stone was cracked. It is now held together by a silver band. The fact that Islam was able to function without the Black Stone for 70 years is one of the best illustrations that it is but a marker for Tawaaf - and NOT an object of worship.

The thing really happened was that religion of Abraham and Ishamel had corrupted by the Arabs to such a extent that they even started praising and worshipping Abraham and Ishmael
Narrated Ibn Abbas:  "When the Prophet saw pictures in the Ka'ba, he did not enter it till he ordered them to be erased. When he saw the pictures of Abraham and Ishmael carrying the arrows of divination, he said, "May Allah curse them (i.e. the Quraish)! By Allah, neither Abraham nor Ishmael practiced divination by arrows."
[Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Prophets, Volume 4, Book 55, Number 571]

The Prophecy of the yearly pilgrimage to Mecca in the Noble Quran:
"Behold!  We gave the site, To Abraham, of the (Sacred) House [That is the Kaaba that he built], (Saying):  'Associate not anything (In worship) with Me; And sanctify My House For those who compass it round, Or stand up, Or bow, or prostrate themselves (Therein in prayer).  And proclaim the Pilgrimage among men: they will come to thee on foot and (mounted) on every kind of camel, lean on account of journeys through deep and distant mountain highways;"  (The Noble Quran, 22:26-27)

As we clearly see in the Noble Verses, Allah Almighty promised Abraham peace be upon him that He will cause for people from all around the world to come and proclaim the pilgrimage to the House (Kaaba) that he built.
The story began, when Abraham took Hagar and Ishmael to the city of Paran (Mecca), based on Allah Almighty's commands. There was literally no life there; not even water. Allah Almighty then ordered Abraham to build the House of GOD (Kaaba) and leave Hagar and his son Ishmael there. When later Hagar and Ishmael became very thirsty after they ran out of the water they brought with them in the journey, Hagar prayed to Allah Almighty to provide water for them. Hagar then started to desperately run to search for water seven times (I believe) back and forth between the Safa and Marwa hills. Allah Almighty then caused Ishmael to rub his feet against the sand and a pool of water, the water of Zumzum came out.
This Prophecy of Allah Almighty sending people from all over the world to Mecca is fulfilled every single year in Saudi Arabia through the Muslims' yearly pilgrimage, where one to three million Muslims come to perform the Hajj (pilgrimage).

Muslims do not worship the Kabaa like the hindus did
Volume 2, Book 26, Number 667:
Narrated 'Abis bin Rabia:  Umar came near the Black Stone and kissed it and said "NO DOUBT, I KNOW THAT YOU ARE A STONE AND CAN NEITHER BENEFIT ANYONE NOR HARM ANYONE. Had I not seen Allah's Apostle kissing you I would not have kissed you."

Hence we conclude
- Kabaa was not build by any hindu or pagan but by Prophet Abraham and Ishamel and is older them Temple Mount
- The Muslims does not worship the black stone
- Abraham prayer was accepted by Allah when he prayed that nation would come here and submit to him Makkah And Hajj (Pilgrimage) In Bible
- Before Prophet Muhamamd the Arabs corrupted the religion of Abraham and Paganism was mixed into it
- The black stone is only a direction for Muslim to pray
- Arabs were the descendants of Abraham

Charity In Islam

Charity In Islam

If you disclose your charitable expenditures, they are good; but if you conceal them and give them to the poor, it is better for you, and He will remove from you some of your misdeeds [thereby]. And Allah , with what you do, is [fully] Acquainted. [2:271]

Charity is not just recommended by Islam, it is required of every financially stable Muslim.  Giving charity to those who deserve it is part of Muslim character and one of the Five Pillars of Islamic practice.
Every wealthy adult Muslim must give 2.5% of his or her wealth in charity every year.
Allah says: "O you who believe! Spend out of what We have given you" [2:254].
This is the least charity a Muslim must give every year. For a Muslim, charity is given to stave off miserliness and to draw nearer to Allah, if instead the donor seeks fame, then the act of charity becomes worthless. Giving in secret is often better for the donor since it protects against insincerity, and it is better for the recipient as it maintains his dignity.

Why charity?
Allah says in Quran
"Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan [spend in way of Allah] so He may multiply it for him many times over? And it is Allah who withholds and grants abundance, and to Him you will be returned." [2:245]

Merit of charity
"The charity of those who expend their wealth in the Way of Allah may be likened to a grain of corn, which produces seven ears and each ear yields a hundred grains. Likewise Allah develops manifold the charity of anyone He pleases, for He is All-Embracing, All-Wise." [2:261]

The command of charity comes after the commandment of Quran
"And be steadfast in prayer and regular in charity: and whatever good ye send forth for your souls before you ye shall find it with Allah; for Allah sees well all that ye do." [2:110]

Spending in Charity
" And spend [in the way of Allah ] from what We have provided you before death approaches one of you and he says, "My Lord, if only You would delay me for a brief term so I would give charity and be among the righteous." [63:10]

Like prayer, which is both an individual and communal responsibility, "zakat" expresses a Muslim’s worship of and thanksgiving to God by supporting those in need.  In Islam, the true owner of things is not man, but God.  Acquisition of wealth for its own sake, or so that it may increase a man’s worth, is condemned.  Mere acquisition of wealth counts for nothing in the sight of God.  It does not give man any merit in this life or in the hereafter.  Islam teaches that people should acquire wealth with the intention of spending it on their own needs and the needs of others.
Thus, a Muslim should spend on the poor and needy around him and enjoying what is good. Neither Jewish nor Christian scriptures praise slave manumission by raising it to worship. Indeed, Islam is unique in world religions in requiring the faithful to financially help slaves win their freedom and has raised the manumission of a slave to an act of worship - if it is done to please God.

Giving charity at young age
Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 2860  Narrated by Abu Sa'id al-Khudri
The Prophet (saws) said: ‘A man giving a dirham as sadaqah (charity) during his life is better than giving one hundred dirhams as charity at the moment of his death.’

Virtue of charity
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 1527 Narrated by Mu'adh ibn Jabal
The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: ‘Charity obliterates sins just as water extinguishes fire.’

Charity saves
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 4.793 Narrated by Adi bin Hatim
I heard the Messenger of Allah (saws) saying, "Save yourself from the (Hell) Fire even with half a date (to be given in charity); and if you do not find a half date, then with a good pleasant word."

Apart from zakat, the Quran and Hadeeth (sayings and actions of the Prophet Muhammad, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him) also stress sadaqah, or voluntary almsgiving, which is intended for the needy.  The Quran emphasizes feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, helping those who are in need, and the more one helps, the more God helps the person, and the more one gives, the more God gives the person.  One feels he is taking care of others and God is taking care of him.

Not only in Islam charity is obligatory but is also an act of worship and commandment of Allah, thus to narrow the gap between rich and poor.

Original Article can be found here - Was Muhammad A Cross-dresser?

This argument I found was made by IZAKDAVID13 on an anti-Islamic site

He Said
----------------------------
Luke 2:7 " and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn "
The difference is Jesus was at this stage a newborn baby incapable of making the decision of which clothing or cloths to wear, Mohummad was a grown man capable of making adult decisions.
Failed in that attempt to discredit The Lord Jesus Christ.

My response
-----------------------------
Still if we believe Jesus was a new born but according to Christians he was still a god? Isn't it? And how come God does not know which clothes to wear or not? If Jesus was god as you enq quote sujjest he would have instruct marry not make the god wear such clothes? Can't he?

He wrote
------------------------------
Also no where does it mention that the cloth that Mary wrapt The Lord Jesus in was 'her clothing' as you claim. That is either a blatant lie, or you have no idea what you are talking about.
http://bible.cc/luke/2-7.htm ....for numerous translations, that prove you wrong.
σπαργανόω (sparganoó) refer specifically to swaddling cloths, a Hebrew traditional way of wrapping babies.
Also failed in that attempt to discredit The Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

My response
--------------------------------
First we know the every thing Mary did to Jesus was from her own, I mean the navel cut, etc. Thus we can conclude the clothes in which he wrapped the baby god was her own.
Gill's Exposition of the Entire Bible
"and wrapped him in swaddling clothes; which shows, that he was in all things made like unto us, sin only excepted. This is one of the first things done to a new born infant, after that it is washed, and its navel cut; see Ezekiel 16:4 and which Mary did herself, having neither midwife nor nurse with her; from whence it has been concluded, that the birth of Jesus was easy, and that she brought him forth without pain, and not in that sorrow women usually do, "

He wrote
--------------------------------
Your rebuttal should be towards Islamic scholars who have interpreted the Arabic words to 'women's garments.'
Here is the definition of mirt according to Al-Mu’jam Al-Waseet (The Intercessory Dictionary), second edition, 1972, part 2, p. 864:
Mirt - a dress from wool or cotton that is used as an Izar or a cover by a woman.
I could go on to discredit you further, but you are doing a great job of that yourself.
Your points are moot, Your argument is therefore rendered invalid.
I hope that you come to the see the light one day, keep searching for the truth & have a happy Eid Al-Fitr.

My response

To make clear the source you give for the meaning dates back to 1972. You should know that words in Arabic keeps changing.
Perhaps you should read this for more clear information about the word mirt

Allah says in Quran in Surah Fussilat chapter 41 verse 53
“We will show them Our Signs in the universe, and in their ownselves, until it becomes manifest to them that this (the Quran) is the truth. “

1 - Every living thing is made of water

Every living thing is made up of cells containing water. Our own bodies consist of more then 50% of water in it.. Without water there can be no life that would exist. We know today that every living thing Is made up of cells which contains water thus water is an essential need for every living thing, This discovery was already foretold in Quran in Chapter 21 Anbya verse 30
“Have not those who disbelieve known that the heavens and the earth were joined together as one united piece, then We parted them? And We have made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?”

The discoveries regarding this includes works of
Robert Hooke - The first person to see cells, he was looking at cork and noted that he saw "a great many boxes. (1665)
Anton van Leeuwenhock - Observed living cells in pond water, which he called "animalcules" (1673)
Theodore Schwann - zoologist who observed that the tissues of animals had cells (1839)
Mattias Schleiden - botonist, observed that the tissues of plants contained cells (1845)
Perhaps,
Rudolf Virchow reported 1850 that every living thing is made of up vital units, known as cells. He also predicted that cells come from other cells containing water
Bruce Alberts of one the American Scientist write in Essential Cell Biology which which Quran tells thousands of year ago that
“Even our earth consists of more water than land. Animals are made up of cells containing water. Plants are made up of water. Thus all living things are made up of cells containing water”

2 - Less Oxygen above sea level
This fact might be known to all of us that there is less Oxygen above sea level and as we move upwards it gets harder for us to breathe. Eg : When we climb up the mountains or gets higher it becomes harder for us to breathe and some even get unconscious.

Thus, we need Oxygen to survive. If we go above sea-level our lungs will become constricted in order to obtain more and more Oxygen, thus producing more Red Blood Cells (RBCs). When you are higher up the air gets thinner, this means that you are not taking in as much oxygen as normal resulting in difficulty of breathing which results in our lungs getting constrict. This was discovered by scientist recently but Quran mentions the same thing centuries ago in Surah Anaam chapter 6 verse 125
“So whoever Allah wants to guide - He expands his breast to [contain] Islam; and whoever He wants to misguide - He makes his breast tight and constricted as though he were climbing into the sky. Thus does Allah place defilement upon those who do not believe.”
To discover that there is less Oxygen first the Oxygen itself should be discovered which was done by  by Swedish pharmacist Carl Wilhelm and Joseph Priestley in 1774

3 - The Gravitational force in Earth
Sir Isaac Newton made on the greatest scientific discoveries in 1687 by investigating that there is a force in Earth which holds and pulls everything towards itself i.e. the gravitational force. In his book The Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy where he writes discuss gravity he used the words “to attract or bring together”.

This was discovered in 16 century where as Quran tells us that Allah had made the earth receptacle which means mean a container that holds items or matter. Perhaps the translator namely Shakir translate this word as something which draws together to itself. It is mentioned in Surah Mursalat chapter 77 verse 25
“Have We not made the earth to draw together to itself,”
The  Arabic word use here is “kifatan,” translated as receptacle in the above verse, meansliving things being gathered together and protected in their dwellings, places where living or inanimate things are gathered together; on which things are piled; place where things are collected.” “Kifatancomes from root word kafata,” which means to collect, gather toward one, close embrace.”

4- The weight of Atom , Electron, Proton and Neutron foretold.
Before the electron, Proton and Neutron were discovered the Atom was believed to be the smallest particle. However after Neutron, Proton and Electron were discovered in 1932 by James Chadwick, in 1918 by Ernest Rutherford  and in 1897 by John Joseph Thomson , Atom no longer remain the smallest particle. Further neutrons and protons are made of quarks.

Quran mentions this twice in Quran that there is something more smaller then Atom and Atom itself have weight in Surah Saba chapter 34 verse 3
“And those who disbelieve say: The hour shall not come upon us. Say: Yea! by my Lord, the Knower of the unseen, it shall certainly come upon you; not the weight of an atom becomes absent from Him, in the heavens or in the earth, and neither less than that nor greater, but (all) is in a clear book”
And the same thing Is repeated in Surah Yunus chapter 10 verse 61. Thus we read here that Allah says not even the weight of an atom is absent from Him and not anything smaller then that. Thus this is an indication that there are elements smaller then the Atom and Atom too consist of weight

5 - The shape of the earth
In early times the people believe that the shape of earth is square and have edges until Ferdinand Magellan born in 1521 or some believe Columbus in Christopher Columbus born in 1451 travelled around the world to prove the earth was flat. Perhaps we know that the shape of earth is not flat nor sphere and is most like an oval or geospherical

This was already mentioned in the Quran years ago.  Allah says in Quran in  Surah Naziat chapter 29 verse 30 quoting from Khalifa translation it says
“And we have made the earth egg shaped" some use spread out
The Arabic word use for spread out is Dahaha means egg shaped. It also means an expanse. Dahaha is derived from Duhiya which specifically refers to the egg of an ostrich which is geospherical in shape, exactly like the shape of the earth
Meaning Of Gesopherical : http://www.thefreedictionary.com/geosphere
Earth's crust - the outer layer of the Earth, OR Layer, Earth, Globe, Earth Surface.

6- Ears are active during sleep
Well this is the last one for today. We know and might have experience that we can hear while sleeping and can sense if someone call us by our name in a loud voice. The fact is that our ears are active during the sleep which allow us to listen to specific voices specially our own name. This is the only sense which is active during sleep. The science has found this recently but Quran mentions this years ago
In surah Kahf chapter 18 verse 11 Allah says:
“Therefore We covered up their (sense of) hearing (causing them, to go in deep sleep) in the Cave for a number of years.”
According to recent scientific discoveries, the ear is the only sensory organ active while a person is sleeping. This is why we need an alarm clock to wake up.  According to scientist the part of the brain that appears to process sounds while people sleep is the frontal lobe

Are You That Prophet? [John 1:21]

Are You That Prophet? [John 1:21]

Bismillah Hir Rehman Ir Raheem
Start In the Name Of Allah The Most Beneficent The Most Merciful

Like us on facebook:

Now this was John’s testimony when the Jewish leaders in Jerusalem sent priests and Levites to ask him who he was. He did not fail to confess, but confessed freely, “I am not the Messiah.”
They asked him, “Then who are you? Are you Elijah?”
He said, “I am not.”
“Are you THAT Prophet?” [John 1:19-21]
------------------------------------

That Prophet refers to Prophet Muhammad PBUH as we will see further.
Arrival Of Muhammad mentioned 32 times In Bible

When the chief priests and Levites asked John the Baptist who he was, they asked him in a very strange way. First they questioned him as to whether or not he was the anticipated "Messiah" [Christ in Koine Greek]. He was not the "Messiah" that had hoped for. Next they asked if he was the prophet Elijah and again he tells them, "No." Now comes the really strange part. Finally, they asked him if he is "That Prophet?"
Are you Christ? - [No]
Are you Elijah? - [No]
Are you THAT Prophet? - [No]

What did they mean by "That Prophet?" We of course, know who the "Christ" is. After all, Christians should know that "Christ" is merely a shortened form of the Koine Greek word "christos," intended to mean the Hebrew word "Messiah." Thus we also see The Christ was not the Prophet they were asking about but a different one.

Notices from the Gospel of John that the Jews were waiting for the fulfillment of three distinct prophecies.  The first was the coming of Christ.  The second was the coming of Elijah.  The third was the coming of the Prophet.  This is obvious from the three questions that were posed to John the Baptist: “Now this was John’s testimony, when the Jews of Jerusalem sent priests and Levites to ask him who he was.  He did not fail to confess, but confessed freely, “I am not the Christ.”  They asked him, “Then who are you?  Are you Elijah?”  He said, “I am not.”  “Are you the Prophet?”  He answered, “No.” (John 1:19-21).

If we look in a Bible with cross-references, we will find in the marginal notes where the words “the Prophet” occur in John 1:21, that these words refer to the prophecy of Deuteronomy 18:15and 18:18 [2]. We conclude from this that Jesus Christ is not the prophet mentioned in Deuteronomy 18:18.

The cross refrences in NIV bible tells us "That Prophet" refers to the one predicted in Deut 18:18, thus he was not the Jesus the Messiah as they [Messiah and That Prophet] are two different persons. Thus Jesus is not the Prophet. Going back to Deut 18:18 we read
“I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers [i.e. Ishmaelites] ; I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him. If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will call him to account.” [Deuteronomy 18:18-19]

Here we read the Prophet i.e. That Prophet would come from Ishmaelites i.e. from Arab nations and Prophet Muhammad was one of the a descendant of Ishmael, and was indeed this prophet.
Also, Isaiah 42:1-13 speaks of the servant of God, His “chosen one” and “messenger” who will bring down a law. “He will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth. In his law the islands will put their hope.” (Isaiah 42:4). Verse 11, connects that awaited one with the descendants of Kedar. Who is Kedar? According to Genesis 25:13, Kedar was the second son of Ishmael, the ancestor of the Prophet Muhammad

Thus we conclude
- The Jews and John both know the Messiah was not that Prophet
- Messiah and That Prophet were two different persons
- That Prophet was Prophet Muhammad PBUH the last Prophet came after Prophet Jesus

"O Children of Israel! I am the messenger of Allah {Almighty God} (sent) to you, confirming the Law (Torah or Old Testament) before me, and giving glad tidings of a messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmad." [Holy Quran 61:6]

Arrival Of Muhammad mentioned 32 times In Bible

Misquoted Verse Of Quran 2:217-218

Misquoted Verse Of Quran 2:217-218

While alleging that Quran promotes terrorsim Non-Muslims uses a very poor translation of these two verse of Quran and quote
"They question you concerning fighting in the sacred month. Say: Fighting therein is a great/grave (matter); but to prevent access to God, to deny Him, to prevent access to the Sacred Mosque, to expel its members and polytheism are worse than slaughter. Nor will they cease fighting you until they make you renegades from your religion. If any of you turn back and die in unbelief, your works will be lost and you will go to Hell. Surely those who believe and leave their homes to fight in God's Cause have the hope of God's Mercy." [2:217-218]

However the correct and more meaningful translation of these verse is
"They ask thee concerning fighting in the Prohibited Month. Say: "Fighting therein is a grave (offence); but graver is it in the sight of God to prevent access to the path of God, to deny Him, to prevent access to the Sacred Mosque, and drive out its members." Persecution and oppression are worse than slaughter. Nor will they cease fighting you until they turn you back from your faith if they can. And if any of you Turn back from their faith and die in unbelief, their works will bear no fruit in this life and in the Hereafter; they will be companions of the Fire and will abide therein. Those who believed and those who suffered exile and fought (and strove and struggled) in the path of God,- they have the hope of the Mercy of God. And God is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful." [2:217-218]

The context of these verses refers to an expedition of a group of the companions of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), under the lead of Abdullah bin Jahsh Asadi. The companions recognized a caravan from the Quraysh. Since the Quraysh had openly declared war on the Muslims and had persecuted them to the extent that they drove them out of their homes, and stole their property, the companions present, felt that they could retaliate. They killed one man of from the caravan, and took two as prisoners. When they returned to Madinah, the Prophet Muhammad disapproved of their attack during the Holy Month. But God revealed this verse as a reminder to the Muslims that while killing in the Holy Month was bad, persecution and expelling people from their homes because of their faith is far worse. So the verses make it very clear that in the face of the terrorist attacks of the polytheists, the Muslims should be brave and steadfast and turn to God for help rather than giving in and leaving the truth. As Shaykh Safiur Rahman Al-Mubarakpuri writes on verse 2:217:

The Words of Allah were quite clear and said that the tumult created by the polytheists was groundless. The sacred inviolable sanctities repeatedly violated in the long process of fighting Islam and persecuting its adherents. The wealth of the Muslims as well as their homes had already been violated and their Prophet s.a.w.s. had been the target of repeated attempts on his life…Shortly afterwards, the two captives were released and blood money (compensation) was given to the killed man’s father. (fn. For details see Zad Al-Ma’ad, 2/83-85; Ibn Hisham, 1/605; Rahmat-ul-lil’alameen, 1/115. 2/468.) (Al-Mubarakpuri, Ar-Raheeq Al-Makhtum; Riyadh-Saudi Arabia, Dar-us-Salam Publications, 1996; pp. 205-206, emphasis added)
About the text "And they will never cease fighting you until they turn you back from your religion (Islamic Monotheism) if they can" Ibn Ishaq wrote
When the Qur'an touched this subject and Allah brought relief to the Muslims instead of the sadness that had befallen them, Allah's Messenger took possession of the caravan and the two prisoners. The Quraysh offered to ransom the two prisoners, `Uthman bin `Abdullah and Hakam bin Kaysan. Allah's Messenger said:

(We will not accept your ransom until our two companions return safely. ) meaning Sa`d bin Abu Waqqas and `Utbah bin Ghazwan, "For we fear for their safety with you. If you kill them, we will kill your people.'' Later on, Sa`d and `Utbah returned safely and Allah's Messenger accepted the Quraysh's ransom for their prisoners. As for Al-Hakam bin Kaysan, he became Muslim and his Islam strengthened. He remained with Allah's Messenger until he was martyred during the incident at Bir Ma`unah (when the Prophet sent seventy Companions to Najd to teach them Islam, but Banu Sulaim killed them all except two). As for `Uthman bin `Abdullah, he went back to Makkah and died there as a disbeliever.

The Behavior And Manners Of Prophet Muhammad As An Example For Believers

"There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often." [33:21]

One of our primary responsibilities in life is to examine the life of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). We must educate ourselves on his life, take him as an example and familiarize the world with Prophet Muhammad, who was sent an example to mankind to educate them and elevate their manners. I have tried to make a short list for this but the list itself is very vast.
Prophet Pbuh said
"The most perfect believer in respect of faith is he who is best of them in manners." [Abu Dawud Book 40, Number 4665]
Quran states : "And verily, you (O Muhammad SAW) are on an exalted standard of character." [68:4]

The Prophet never complained or say a word of disliked
Sunan Abu Dawud
Book 41, Number 4756: Narrated Anas ibn Malik:
I served the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) at Medina for ten years. I was a boy. Every work that I did was not according to the desire of my master, but he never said to me: Fie, nor did he say to me: Why did you do this? or Why did you not do this?

He dislike anger
Sunan Abu Dawud Book 41, Number 4766:
Narrated Atiyyah as-Sa'di: AbuWa'il al-Qass said: We entered upon Urwah ibn Muhammad ibn as-Sa'di. A man spoke to him and made him angry. So he stood and performed ablution; he then returned and performed ablution, and said: My father told me on the authority of my grandfather Atiyyah who reported the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) as saying: Anger comes from the devil, the devil was created of fire, and fire is extinguished only with water; so when one of you becomes angry, he should perform ablution.

Treat people generously even if you don't like them
Sunan Abu Dawud Book 41, Number 4774:
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin: A man asked permission to see the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him), and the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: He is a bad member of the tribe. When he entered, the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) treated in a frank and friendly way and spoke to him. When he departed , I said: Apostle of Allah! When he asked permission, you said: He is a bad member of the tribe, but when he entered, you treated him in a frank and friendly way. The Apostle of Allah replied: Aisha! Allah does not like the one who is unseemly and lewd in his language.

Excellence of meeting someone
Sunan Abu Dawud Book 41, Number 4776:
Narrated Anas ibn Malik: I never said that when any man brought his mouth to the ear of the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) and he withdrew his head until the man himself withdrew his head, and I never saw that when any man took him by his hand and he withdrew his hand, until the man himself withdrew his hand.

He dislike when people praise him
Abu Dawud Book 40, Number 4617:
Narrated AbuBakrah: One day the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: Which of you had dream? A man said: It is I. I saw as though a scale descended from the sky. You and AbuBakr were weighed and you were heavier; AbuBakr and Umar were weighed and AbuBakr was heavier: Umar and Uthman were weighed and Umar was heavier; than the scale was taken up. we saw signs of dislike on the face of the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him)

Reward of having a good character
Abu Dawud Book 41, Number 4780:
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin: The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said: By his good character a believer will attain the degree of one who prays during the night and fasts during the day.

Merit of having good character

Abu Dawud Book 41, Number 4781:
Narrated AbudDarda': The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: There is nothing heavier than good character put in the scale of a believer on the Day of Resurrection.

Avoding Quarrel and lying
Abu Dawud Book 41, Number 4782:
Narrated AbuUmamah: The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: I guarantee a house in the surroundings of Paradise for a man who avoids quarrelling even if he were in the right, a house in the middle of Paradise for a man who avoids lying even if he were joking, and a house in the upper part of Paradise for a man who made his character good.

Help the oppressed
Book 41, Number 4799:
Narrated Umar ibn al-Khattab: The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: Help the oppressed (sorrowful) and guide those who have lost their way.

Prophet never disputed nor quarrel
Abu Dawud Book 41, Number 4818:
Narrated As-Sa'ib: I came to the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him). The people began to praise me and make a mention of me. The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said: I know you, that is, he knew him. I said: My father and mother be sacrificed for you! you were my partner and how good a partner ; you neither disputed nor quarrelled.

Kindness towards the friends of one's parents
Muslim Book 032, Number 6192:
Ibn Dinar reported that a desert Arab met Abdullah b. 'Umar on the way to Mecca. 'Abdullah greeted him and mounted him upon the donkey on which he had been riding and gave him the turban that he had on his head. Ibn Dinar (further) reported: We said to him ('Abdullah b. 'Umar): May Allah do good to you, these are desert Arabs and they are satisfied even with meagre (things). Thereupon Abdullah said: His father was loved dearly by 'Umar b. Khattib and I heard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The finest act of goodness on the part of a son is to treat kindly the loved ones of his father.

Forbiddence of hatred, jealousy, etc
Muslim Book 032, Number 6205:
Anas b. Malik reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Neither nurse mutual hatred, nor jealousy, nor enmity, and become as fellow. brothers and servants of Allah. It is not lawful fora Muslim that he should keep his relations estranged with his brother beyond three days.

Forbiddence of fault finding, suspicion, etc
Muslim Book 032, Number 6214:
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Avoid suspicion, for suspicion is the gravest lie in talk and do not be inquisitive about one another and do not spy upon one another and do not feel envy with the other, and nurse no malice, and nurse no aversion and hostility against one another. And be fellow-brothers and servants of Allah.

Muslim Book 032, Number 6215:
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Don't have estranged relations (with the others) and don't nurse enmity and don't enter into a transaction when the other (has already entered) and be fellow-brothers and servants of Allah.

A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim. He neither oppresses him nor humiliates him nor looks down upon him. The piety is here, (and while saying so) he pointed towards his chest thrice. It is a serious evil for a Muslim that he should look down upon his brother Muslim. All things of a Muslim are inviolable for his brother in faith: his blood, his wealth and his honour.

Visit the sick
Muslim Book 032, Number 6227:

Do not backbite
Muslim Book 032, Number 6265:
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Do you know what is backbiting? They (the Companions) said: Allah and His Messenger know best. Thereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Backbiting implies your talking about your brother in a manner which he does not like. It was said to him: What is your opinion about this that if I actually find (that failing) in my brother which I made a mention of? He said: If (that failing) is actually found (in him) what you assert, you in fact backbited him, and if that is not in him it is a slander.

Prohibition of double face behavior

Muslim Book 032, Number 6340:
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: A person while walking along the path saw the branches of a tree lying there. He said: By Allah, I shall remove these from this so that these may not do harm to the Muslims, and he was admitted to Paradise.

Speaking in a distinct manner
Abu Dawud Book 41, Number 4821:
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin: The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) spoke in a distinct manner so that anyone who listened to him could understand it.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas'ud: The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: None of my Companions must tell me anything about anyone, for I like to come out to you with no ill-feelings.

Hiding things that should be hidden eg one's fault
Abu Dawud Book 41, Number 4873:

Bukhari Volume 8, Book 73, Number 20:

Example of Tolerence
Bukhari Volume 8, Book 73, Number 149:
Narrated Abu Huraira: A bedouin urinated in the mosque, and the people rushed to beat him. Allah's Apostle ordered them to leave him and pour a bucket or a tumbler (full) of water over the place where he has passed urine. The Prophet then said, " You have been sent to make things easy (for the people) and you have not been sent to make things difficult for them."

Be Merciful to others
Abu Dawud Book 41, Number 4923:
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As: The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: The Compassionate One has mercy on those who are merciful. If you show mercy to those who are on the earth, He Who is in the heaven will show mercy to you.

Looking after an orphan
Bukhari Volume 8, Book 73, Number 34:

Looking towards a widow or a poor person
Bukhari Volume 8, Book 73, Number 35:

The Prophet said, "Be gentle and calm, O 'Aisha, as Allah likes gentleness in all affairs." I said, "O Allah's Prophet! Didn't you hear what they said?" He said, "Didn't you hear me answering them back by saying, 'Alaikum (i.e., the same be upon you)?"

"There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often." [33:21]

Jesus Tells How To Stop Sinning

A man should gouge his eyes and cut his hands to stop himself from doing sins rather then being thrown into Hell as it is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.

Matthew 5:27-29
"You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. If your right eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.  And if your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell."

The commentaries on these verses agree to some extent that we should cut our hands and eyes to stop from evil

Clarke's Commentary on the Bible
Pluck it out - cut it off - We must shut our senses against dangerous objects, to avoid the occasions of sin, and deprive ourselves of all that is most dear and profitable to us, in order to save our souls, when we find that these dear and profitable things, however innocent in themselves, cause us to sin against God.

Geneva Study Bible
And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell. He names the right eye and the right hand, because the parts of the right side of our bodies are the chiefest, and the most ready to commit any wickedness.

Matthew Henry's Concise Commentary
5:27-32 Victory over the desires of the heart, must be attended with painful exertions. But it must be done. Every thing is bestowed to save us from our sins, not in them. All our senses and powers must be kept from those things which lead to transgression. Those who lead others into temptation to sin, by dress or in other ways, or leave them in it, or expose them to it, make themselves guilty of their sin, and will be accountable for it. If painful operations are submitted to, that our lives may be saved, what ought our minds to shrink from, when the salvation of our souls is concerned? There is tender mercy under all the Divine requirements, and the grace and consolations of the Spirit will enable us to attend to them.

Wesley's Notes
5:29-30 If a person as dear as a right eye, or as useful as a right hand, cause thee thus to offend, though but in heart. Perhaps here may be an instance of a kind of transposition which is frequently found in the sacred writings: so that the 29th verse may refer to 27, 28; and the 30th to ver. 21, 22. Mt 5:29,27,28,30,21,22 As if he had said, Part with any thing, however dear to you, or otherwise useful, if you cannot avoid sin while you keep it. Even cut off your right hand, if you are of so passionate a temper, that you cannot otherwise be restrained from hurting your brother. Pull out your eyes, if you can no otherwise be restrained from lusting after women. Matt 18:8; Mark 9:43.

Jesus, Hate And Killing In The New Testament

Jesus, Hate And Killing In The New Testament

The OT have many verses about killing in hate. However, this post is specifically refered to killing and hate in New Testament

God in NT killed Herod because he failed to praise Him.!
"Immediately, because Herod did not give praise to God, an angel of the Lord struck him down, and he was eaten by worms and died." [Acts 12:23]

Jesus, Hate and Abusive

Jesus clearly approves of beating slaves even if they didn't know they were doing anything wrong.
"And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared nothimself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more." [12:47-48]

Jesus agress with child abuse and killing
Jesus is criticized by the Pharisees for not washing his hands before eating. He defends himself by attacking them for not killing disobedient children according to the commandment: "He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.
"Then some Pharisees and experts in Moses’ Teachings came from Jerusalem to Jesus. They asked, “Why do your disciples break the traditions of our ancestors? They do not wash their hands before they eat.”
He answered them, “Why do you break the commandment of God because of your traditions? For example, God said, ‘Honor your father and your mother’ and ‘Whoever curses father or mother must be put to death." [15:1-4]

Buy a sword
"Then Jesus asked them, "When I sent you without purse, bag or sandals, did you lack anything?" "Nothing," they answered. He said to them, "But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one." [Luke 22:35-36]
Ok, maybe Jesus ordered his followers to buy swords to keep them for self-defense situations but buying the swords by itself is a very bad idea from the "Prince of Peace" as the Bible calls him.  Imagine if every Christian in the world today owns a gun in his/her home.  Imagine how dangerous the society will be.  You can't expect every Christian to be as good as Jesus if you know what I mean! Owning guns would certainly make the job of the government's law enforcement a lot harder!

Jesus will kill children for there ancestor sins.
“Write this letter to the angel of the church in Thyatira. This is the message from the Son of God, whose eyes are like flames of fire, whose feet are like polished bronze: “I know all the things you do. I have seen your love, your faith, your service, and your patient endurance. And I can see your constant improvement in all these things. “But I have this complaint against you. You are permitting that woman—that Jezebel who calls herself a prophet—to lead my servants astray. She teaches them to commit sexual sin and to eat food offered to idols. I gave her time to repent, but she does not want to turn away from her immorality. “Therefore, I will throw her on a bed of suffering, and those who commit adultery with her will suffer greatly unless they repent and turn away from her evil deeds. I will strike her children dead. Then all the churches will know that I am the one who searches out the thoughts and intentions of every person. And I will give to each of you whatever you deserve. [Acts 18:23]

Reson for Jesus coming
""Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to turn "'a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law-" [Matthew 10:35-36]

Kill enemies of Jesus
"And as for these enemies of mine who didn't want me to be their king--bring them in and execute them right here in front of me." [Luke 19:27]

Jesus abuses animals by sending devils into 2000 pigs, causing them to jump off a cliff and be drowned in the sea. When the people hear about it, they beg Jesus to leave
"The demons begged him, “Send us into the pigs! Let us enter them!” Jesus let them do this. The evil spirits came out of the man and went into the pigs. The herd of about two thousand pigs rushed down the cliff into the sea and drowned. Those who took care of the pigs ran away. In the city and countryside they reported everything that had happened. So the people came to see what had happened. They came to Jesus and saw the man who had been possessed by the legion of demons. The man was sitting there dressed and in his right mind. The people were frightened. Those who saw this told what had happened to the demon-possessed man and the pigs. Then the people began to beg Jesus to leave their territory."

Jesus encourage to kill people who desert him
"I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is thrown away as a branch and dries up; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire and they are burned." [John 15:5-6]

Jesus's companions attacks a servant while he witness it
"And behold, one of those who were with Jesus stretched out his hand and drew his sword and struck the servant of the high priest and cut off his ear." [Matthew 26:51]

How I Came To Islam

All My Life I Was Raised Church Of England, But It Felt Wrong. Like I Was On The Outside Looking In, I Just Thought I Wasn't Doing Enough To Be A Proper Christian. When I Was About 13 I Had A Dream I Was In A Forrest And I Was Being Chased By This Big Black Thing, It Snarled And Drooled And Howled, I Didn't Know What It Was But I Needed To Get Away From It Cause I Knew It Would Hurt Me, Then All Of A Sudden I Heard This Voice, I Heard Someone Calling My Name, Whispering For Me To Come To Them, That I'd Be Safe. So I Carried On Running, Then Bam! I Was In The Middle Of A Desert And There Was A Man, Shoulder Length Hair, A Beard, He Was In A White Tunic, Just Crouched On A Rock, Not Speaking, Not Doing Anything, I Walked Towards Him And Tried To Look At His Face, But It Was Just A Bright Light, The More I Tried Looking At His Face The Brighter The Light Got... He Held Out His Hand And Out Of Nowhere, A Qur'an Appeared, I Reached Out To Take It And I Woke Up Crying. I Knew As Soon As I Woke Up I Had Just Met Our Beloved Prophet Muhammad Salallahu Alayhe Wa Sallam.

Because I Was Only 13 I Didn't Understand What It Meant And Unfortunately I Pushed It Out My Mind, Around Half Way Through 2010 When I Turned 16, I Started Reading Books And Asking Questions. Then On The 30th January 2013, 6 Months Before My 19th Birthday I Took My Shahadah, And I Have Never Looked Back, Alhamdulillah My Life Has Changed For The Better And I Am So Glad I Took The Jump And Did What Finally Made ME Happy Instead Of Trying To Keep My Family Happy.

Mercy Of Allah

Mercy Of Allah

Like us on facebook:

"..My Mercy embraces all things..." [7:156]
"And your Allah is One Allah: There is no god but He, Most Gracious, Most Merciful." [2:163]

Allah's mercy is beyond limits . Allah is the Most Merciful of those who show mercy. His mercy is all-embracing. Whoever is bereft of Allah’s mercy is most truly lost. It is only by Allah’s mercy that anyone attains Paradise. It is by His mercy alone that sins are pardoned and that anyone is assured of salvation. Allah is worthy of our fear. Equally, He is worthy to be the One to show us mercy.
"And they will not remember except that Allah wills. He is worthy of fear and adequate for [granting] forgiveness." [74:56]

Mercy of Allah can come in different forms it can be in form of a Guidance, Favor, Love, Forgiveness, etc.
"Indeed, the mercy of Allah is near to the doers of good." [7:56]

It is right for us to fear Allah. We should shun sinful deeds and show obedience to our Creator. Likewise, Allah is worthy to show mercy to those who strive to obey Him and who return to Him whenever they might stray.
"And those who, when they commit an immorality or wrong themselves [by transgression], remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins - and who can forgive sins except Allah ? - and [who] do not persist in what they have done while they know." [3:135]

To obtain Allah's mercy we should also show mercy to His creations
Bukhari Volume 8, Book 73, Number 42:
Narrated Jarir bin 'Abdullah: The Prophet said, "He who is not merciful to others, will not be treated mercifully.

Bukhari Volume 9, Book 93, Number 473:
Narrated Jarir bin 'Abdullah: Allah's Apostle said, "Allah will not be merciful to those who are not merciful to mankind."

The Mercy of Allah

Disbelievers' sins will be all forgiven for them when they embrace Islam:
"Say to the Unbelievers, if (now) they desist (from unbelief), their past would be forgiven for them; but if they persist, the punishment of those before them is already (a matter of warning for them)."  [Quran 8:38]
"The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between,- Exalted in Might, able to enforce His Will, forgiving again and again."  [Quran 38:66]

If we are sincere, our daily sins are almost always forgiven:
"Those who avoid great sins and shameful deeds, only (falling into) small faults,- verily thy Lord is ample in forgiveness. He knows you well when He brings you out of the earth, And when ye are hidden in your mothers' wombs. Therefore justify not yourselves: He knows best who it is that guards against evil." [Quran 53:32]

If you ask Allah Almighty for forgiveness, then He'll forgive you:
"If any one does evil or wrongs his own soul but afterwards seeks God's forgiveness, he will find God Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful." [Quran 4:110]

If you are grateful to Allah Almighty, then He'll give you more:
"And remember! your Lord caused to be declared (publicly): 'If ye are grateful, I will add more (favours) unto you; But if ye show ingratitude, truly My punishment is terrible indeed.'  [Quran 14:7]

Be sure that Allah Almighty is always Willing to forgive all of your sins:
"Say: 'O my Servants who Have transgressed against their souls!  Despair not of the Mercy of Allah:  for Allah forgives all sins for He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." [Quran 39:53]

Obeying Allah and Messenger:
"And obey Allah and the Messenger that you may obtain mercy." [3:132]

Everybody sins but the best is the one who repents and seek Mercy and Forgiveness of Allah
"And when those come to you who believe in Our verses, say, "Peace be upon you. Your Lord has decreed upon Himself mercy: that any of you who does wrong out of ignorance and then repents after that and corrects himself - indeed, He is Forgiving and Merciful." [Quran 6:54]

"And those who, when they have committed Fahishah (illegal sexual intercourse etc.) or wronged themselves with evil, remember Allah and ask forgiveness for their sins; - and none can forgive sins but Allah - And do not persist in what (wrong) they have done, while they know. For such, the reward is Forgiveness from their Lord, and Gardens with rivers flowing underneath (Paradise), wherein they shall abide forever. How excellent is this reward for the doers (who do righteous deeds according to Allah's Orders)." [3:135:136]

There are many other ample verses. Allah knows the best

Muslims | The Great Nation Of Ishmael

Muslims | The Great Nation Of Ishmael

Start In the Name Of Allah The Most Beneficent The Most Merciful

Like us on facebook:

"Therefore I tell you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a nation producing its fruit" [Matt 21:43]

The new nation was to come from Prophet Ishmael
"Then God said, "Yes, but your wife Sarah will bear you a son, and you will call him Isaac. I will establish my covenant with him as an everlasting covenant for his descendants after him. And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: I will surely bless him; I will make him fruitful and will greatly increase his numbers. He will be the father of twelve rulers, and I will make him into a great nation. But my covenant I will establish with Isaac, whom Sarah will bear to you by this time next year." [Genesis 17:19-21]

After the Jews broke the convenant many times with God [Matt 23:37, Isa 43:28, Isa 50:11, Isa 48:6-9, Etc] then God decided to take away the Kingdom from them and give it to the other nation that would come from Arabs [the people of Ishmael].
"Therefore I tell you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a nation producing its fruit" [Matt 21:43]

Again the Lord recalls to make Ishmael into a great nation
Genesis 21: 17-18
"God heard the boy [Ishmael] crying, and the angel of God called to Hagar from heaven and said to her, “What is the matter, Hagar? Do not be afraid; God has heard the boy crying as he lies there. Lift the boy up and take him by the hand, for I will make him into a great nation."

Gill's Exposition of the Entire Bible further make it clear that Ishmael would form a great nation via the people of Arabs
Commentary on Genesis 16:10
I will multiply thy seed exceedingly; not that she should have many children herself, for that she had more than this one she now went with, is not certain; but that that seed she had conceived should be exceedingly multiplied, and he should have a numerous posterity, as he had twelve princes sprung from him, the heads of Arab nations:

Commentary on 17:20
And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee, &c. Took notice of his prayer for him, and accepted of and would answer him, and did, as follows:
behold, I have blessed him; determined in his mind to bless him, promised to bless him, Genesis 16:10; had blessings laid up and in reserve for him:
and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; as he did, many of the Arabian nations, the Hagarenes, Saracens, and Turks, all springing from him:
The commentary can be read at Gill's Exposition of the Entire Bible

Let us look at the verses Bible:
"And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: I will surely bless him; I will make him fruitful and will greatly increase his numbers. He will be the father of twelve rulers, and I will make him into a great nation" (Genesis 17:20)
"What other nation is so great as to have their gods near them the way the Lord our God is near us whenever we pray to him? And what other nation is so great as to have such righteous decrees and laws as this body of laws I am setting before you today?" (Deuteronomy 4:7-8)

In the above verses, we first see a clear promise from God that He will make a "great nation" from Ishmael's descendents. We then see the definition of "great nation" as being a nation that directly receives a Law from God.
This is all great and agreeing with Islam. Allah Almighty said about the Jewish Law in the Noble Quran:
"It was We who revealed the law (to Moses): therein was guidance and light. By its standard have been judged the Jews, by the prophets who bowed (as in Islam) to God's will, by the rabbis and the doctors of law: for to them was entrusted the protection of God's book, and they were witnesses thereto: therefore fear not men, but fear me, and sell not my signs for a miserable price. If any do fail to judge by (the light of) what God hath revealed, they are (no better than) Unbelievers. (The Noble Quran, 5:44)"

Similarly The Law of the Muslims is the Noble Quran:
"Forbidden to you (for food) are: dead meat, blood, the flesh of swine, and that on which hath been invoked the name of other than God; that which hath been killed by strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by being gored to death; that which hath been (partly) eaten by a wild animal; unless ye are able to slaughter it (in due form); that which is sacrificed on stone (altars); (forbidden) also is the division (of meat) by raffling with arrows: that is impiety. This day have those who reject faith given up all hope of your religion: yet fear them not but fear Me. This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion. But if any is forced by hunger, with no inclination to transgression, God is indeed Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (The Noble Quran, 5:3)"

The Apocalypse of Peter further makes it clear that coming people shall be from the Arabs (the people of another race)
"And I saw someone about to approach us resembling him, even him who was laughing on the tree. And he was filled with a Holy Spirit, and he is the Savior. And there was a great, ineffable light around them, and the multitude of ineffable and invisible angels blessing them. And when I looked at him, the one who gives praise was revealed. And he said to me, "Be strong, for you are the one to whom these mysteries have been given, to know them through revelation, that he whom they crucified is the first-born, and the home of demons, and the stony vessel, in which they dwell, of Elohim, of the cross, which is under the Law. But he who stands near him is the living Savior, the first in him, whom they seized and released, who stands joyfully looking those who did him violence, while they are divided among themselves. Therefore he laughs at their lack of perception, knowing that they are born blind. So then the one susceptible to suffering shall come, since the body is the substitute. But what they released was my incorporeal body. But I am the intellectual Spirit filled with radiant light. He whom you saw coming to me is our intellectual Pleroma, which unites the perfect light with my Holy Spirit.
These things, then, which you saw you shall present to those of another race who are not of this age [I.e. The Arabs] . For there will be no honor in any man who is not immortal, but only (in) those who were chosen from an immortal substance, which has shown that it is able to contain him who gives his abundance. Therefore I said, 'Every one who has, it will be given to him, and he will have plenty.' But he who does not have, that is, the man of this place, who is completely dead, who is removed from the planting of the creation of what is begotten, whom, if one of the immortal essence appears, they think that they possess him - it will be taken from him and be added to the one who is. You, therefore, be courageous and do not fear at all. For I shall be with you in order that none of your enemies may prevail unto you. Peace be to you, Be strong!"

Rememberance Of Allah

Rememberance Of Allah

"Truly, it is by the Remembrance of Allah that hearts find rest." [Quran 13.28]

Rememberance of Allah is called dhikr. Dhikr can be by mind, tongue or even by heart.
Allah says in Quran
"...And the men who remember Allah often and the women who do so - for them Allah has prepared forgiveness and a great reward." [33:35]
"So remember Me; I will remember you. And be grateful to Me and do not deny Me." [2:152]

The Qur'an often reminds us to keep remembrance of Allah at all times. Certainly this is quite a challenge for us forgetful humans, but the merits of remembrance are so great that we must strive for continual remembrance of Allah in every moment.
The following verses are examples of what the Qur'an says about remembrance of Allah

" Indeed, prayer prohibits immorality and wrongdoing, and the remembrance of Allah is greater. And Allah knows that which you do." [29:45]
"When ye have performed the act of worship, remember Allah, standing, sitting and reclining. And when ye are in safety, observe proper worship. Worship at fixed times hath been enjoined on the believers." [4:103]
"Allah has sent down the best statement: a consistent Book wherein is reiteration. The skins shiver therefrom of those who fear their Lord; then their skins and their hearts relax at the remembrance of Allah " [39:23]
"O you who have believed, when you encounter a company [from the enemy forces], stand firm and remember Allah much that you may be successful." [8:45]

Anu much more. Regarding the one who doesn't rememeber Allah the Quran says
"Satan has overcome them and made them forget the remembrance of Allah . Those are the party of Satan. Unquestionably, the party of Satan - they will be the losers." [58:19]

Sahih Muslim have even got a seperate book regarding the virtues of Rememberance of Allah. In the Muslim hadiths we find the merit of His rememberance
Book 035, Number 6495:
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him as saying that Allah thus stated: I live in the thought of My servant as he thinks of Me and with him as he calls Me.

'Amr said to him (Mustaurid Qurashi): See what you are saying? He said: I say what I heard from Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him). Thereupon he said: If you say that, it is a fact for they have four qualities. They have the patience to undergo a trial and immediately restore themselves to sanity after trouble and attack again after flight. They (have the quality) of being good to the destitute and the orphans, to the weak and, fifthly, the good quality in them is that they put resistance against the oppression of kings.

Allah's Apostle continued his talk, so some people said that Allah's Apostle had heard the question, but did not like what that Bedouin had asked. Some of them said that Alllah's Apostle had not heard it. When the Prophet finished his speech, he said, "Where is the questioner, who enquired about the Hour (Doomsday)?" The Bedouin said, "I am here, O Allah's Apostle ." Then the Prophet said, "When honesty is lost, then wait for the Hour (Doomsday)." The Bedouin said, "How will that be lost?" The Prophet said, "When the power or authority comes in the hands of unfit persons, then wait for the Hour (Doomsday.)"

Illegal sexual intercourse and alcohol consumption will increase
Bukhari Volume 8, Book 82, Number 800A:

'Amir b. Sa'd reported on the authority of his father that one day Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) came from a high, land. He passed by the mosque of Banu Mu'awiya, went in and observed two rak'ahs there and we also observed prayer along with him and he made a long supplication to his Lord. He then came to us and said: I asked my Lord three things and He has granted me two but has withheld one. I begged my Lord that my Ummah should not be destroyed because of famine and He granted me this. And I begged my Lord that my Ummah should not be destroyed by drowning (by deluge) and He granted me this. And I begged my Lord that there should be no bloodshed among the people of my Ummah. but He did not grant it.

Muslim Book 041, Number 6904:
Thauban reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Allah drew the ends of the world near one another for my sake. And I have seen its eastern and western ends. And the dominion of my Unimah would reach those ends which have been drawn near me and I have been granted the red and the white trea- sure and I begged my Lord for my Ummah that it should not be destroyed because of famine, nor be dominated by an enemy who is not amongst them to take their lives and destroy them root and branch, and my Lord said: Muhammad, whenever I make a decision, there is none to change it. Well, I grant you for your Ummah that it would not be destroyed by famine and it would not be dominated by an enemy who would not be amongst it and would take their lives and destroy them root and branch even if all the people from the different parts of the world join hands together (for this purpose), but it would be from amongst them, viz. your Ummah, that some people would kill the others or imprison the others.

Conquests of Muslims before Dajjal
Muslim Book 041, Number 6930:
Nafi' b. Utba reported: We were with Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) in an expedition that there came a people to Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) from the direction of the west. They were dressed in woollen clothes and they stood near a hillock and they met him as Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) was sitting. I said to myself: Better go to them and stand between him and them that they may not attack him. Then I thought that perhaps there had been going on secret negotiation amongst them. I however, went to them and btood between them and him and I remember four of the words (on that occasion) which I repeat (on the fingers of my hand) that he (Allah's Messenger) said: You will attack Arabia and Allah will enable you to conquer it, then you would attack Persia and He would make you to Conquer it. Then you would attack Rome and Allah will enable you to conquer it, then you would attack the Dajjal and Allah will enable you to conquer him. Nafi' said: Jabir, we thought that the Dajjal would appear after Rome (Syrian territory) would be conquered.

Appearence of Dajjal and Gog and Magog
Muslim Book 041, Number 6931:
Hudhaifa b. Usaid Ghifari reported: Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) came to us all of a sudden as we were (busy in a discussion). He said: What do you discuss about? They (the Companions) said. We are discussing about the Last Hour. Thereupon he said: It will not cone until you see ten signs before and (in this connection) he made a mention of the smoke, Dajjal, the beast, the rising of the sun from the west, the descent of Jesus son of Mary (Allah be pleased with him), the Gog and Magog, and land-slidings in three places, one in the east, one in the west and one in Arabia at the end of which fire would burn forth from the Yemen, and would drive people to the place of their assembly.

Bukhari Volume 9, Book 88, Number 238:
Narrated Al-Mughira bin Shu'ba:
Nobody asked the Prophet as many questions as I asked regarding Ad-Dajjal. The Prophet said to me, "What worries you about him?" I said, "Because the people say that he will have a mountain of bread and a river of water with him (i.e. he will have abundance of food and water)" The Prophet said, "Nay, he is too mean to be allowed such a thing by Allah"' (but it is only to test mankind whether they believe in Allah or in Ad-Dajjal.)

Other Signs Of Last Hour

Bukhari  Volume 9, Book 88, Number 237:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established
(1) till two big groups fight each other whereupon there will be a great number of casualties on both sides and they will be following one and the same religious doctrine,
(2) till about thirty Dajjals (liars) appear, and each one of them will claim that he is Allah's Apostle,
(3) till the religious knowledge is taken away (by the death of Religious scholars)
(4) earthquakes will increase in number
(5) time will pass quickly,
(6) afflictions will appear,
(7) Al-Harj, (i.e., killing) will increase,
(8) till wealth will be in abundance ---- so abundant that a wealthy person will worry lest nobody should accept his Zakat, and whenever he will present it to someone, that person (to whom it will be offered) will say, 'I am not in need of it,
(9) till the people compete with one another in constructing high buildings,
(10) till a man when passing by a grave of someone will say, 'Would that I were in his place
(11) and till the sun rises from the West.
So when the sun will rise and the people will see it (rising from the West) they will all believe (embrace Islam) but that will be the time when: (As Allah said,) 'No good will it do to a soul to believe then, if it believed not before, nor earned good (by deeds of righteousness) through its Faith.' (6.158) And the Hour will be established while two men spreading a garment in front of them but they will not be able to sell it, nor fold it up; and the Hour will be established when a man has milked his she-camel and has taken away the milk but he will not be able to drink it; and the Hour will be established before a man repairing a tank (for his livestock) is able to water (his animals) in it; and the Hour will be established when a person has raised a morsel (of food) to his mouth but will not be able to eat it."
