So Verily With Every Hardship There Is An Ease

So, verily, with every hardship, there is An Ease

Allah says in Quran : Surely there is ease after hardship. Aye, surely there is ease after hardship. [94:6-7]
Meaning that there are two ease after one hardship. Thus one hardship can never take over two ease

Allah says He test us like the people before us were tested like the Tribe of Bani Israel, etc
And verily We shall try you till We know those of you who strive hard (for the cause of Allah) and the steadfast, and till We test your record. [Quran 47:31]
"Do the people think that they will be left to say, "We believe" and they will not be tried? But We have certainly tried those before them, and Allah will surely make evident those who are truthful, and He will surely make evident the liars." [29:2-3]
"Do you think that you will enter Paradise without any trials  while you have known the examples of those who passed away before you? They were afflicted with suffering and adversity and were so violently shaken up that even the Messenger and the believers with him cried out:  "When will Allah's help come?"  Then they were comforted with the words,  Be aware! Allah's help is ever close.  [Al-Baqarah - 2:214]

At a time in which the Muslims are beset with trials from every periphery, it is a time when Muslims should continue being Muslims, and a better Muslim.
“Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "If Allah wants to do good to somebody, He afflicts him with trials."  ” [Bukhari Book 70 Patient, Hadith Number 548]

Being sad is not encouraged in Islam
"So do not become weak, nor be sad…" [3:139]
“And grieve not over them, and be not distressed because of what they plot.” [16:127]
Our Prophet Sall Allaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said:
Sadness prevents one from action instead of compelling one towards it. The heart does not benefit through grief.

Muslim should know that a Test from Allah is even a blessing as it expiates sins
Narrated 'Aisha: (the wife of the Prophet) Allah's Apostle said, "No calamity befalls a Muslim but that Allah expiates some of his sins because of it, even though it were the prick he receives from a thorn."  [Bukhari Book 70 Patient 544]

A Muslim should recall event of Prophets and Companions when they were tested
Prophet Ibraheem PBUh did not feel its heat because of the help he received from Allaah. “We (Allaah) said : O’ fire! Be you coolness and safety for Ibraheem.” [21:69]
The sea would not drown Prophet Musa PBUH because he uttered in confident, strong and truthful manner: “Nay verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me.” [26:62]

Quran recalls about the test of Muslims and hardship they faced during battle of Trench and hypocrites were distinguish because of that and Muslim win the battle. Thus with one hardship there were two ease
"[Remember] when they came at you from above you and from below you, and when eyes shifted [in fear], and hearts reached the throats and you assumed about Allah [various] assumptions. There the believers were tested and shaken with a severe shaking. And [remember] when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is disease said, " Allah and His Messenger did not promise us except delusion, And when a faction of them said, "O people of Yathrib, there is no stability for you [here], so return [home]." And a party of them asked permission of the Prophet, saying, "Indeed, our houses are unprotected," while they were not exposed. They did not intend except to flee." [33:10-13]

Prophet Muhammad SAW said to ‘Abdullah bin ‘Abbaas radiyallahu ‘anhu:
“..Be mindful of Allaah, you will find Him before you. Get to know Allah in prosperity and He will know you in adversity… And know that victory comes with patience, relief with affliction, and ease with hardship.” [Tirmidhi]

"Allah puts no burden on any person beyond what He has given him."
"Verily, with hardship, there is relief Verily, with hardship there is relief.” [94:6-7]
“Perhaps Allah may bring victory or a decision according to His Will.” (5:52)
"Allah will grant after hardship, ease."  Al- Quran [at-Talaaq, 65:7]

Do the people think that they will be left to say, "We believe" and they will not be tried? But We have certainly tried those before them, and Allah will surely make evident those who are truthful, and He will surely make evident the liars. [29:2-3]

Allah has tested those who were before us, including the Prophets and those who were with them. Allah will make it clear about the one who has really sold himself to Allah and about the one who only says by his mouth 'I believe, I believe' and he lies with these words. Just hold your heart and see the tests through which Allah has tested the former people with:

Allah does not put believers in hardship for forever. Remember the story of Prophet Ayyub ('alaihi salam), Quran says:
"Similarly We blessed Job (Ayyub), when he prayed to his Lord saying, "Verily, distress has seized me, and You are the Most Merciful of all those who show mercy." We accepted his prayer and relieved his affliction, and restored not only his family but  also as many more with them as a favour from Us  so that it may serve as a reminder to Our worshippers." [Anbiyaa, 21:83-84]

Hardships strengthens your heart, atone for your sins, and help to suppress an inclination towards pride and haughtiness. When you are facing trials and obstacles in your life, do not be despair. Call out to Him and pray to Him. Constantly put Him in your remembrance. When you remember Allah, clouds of worry and fear are driven away, and the mountains that make up your problems are blown away. Do not grieve, for you have Allah to depend on.

Anas R.A reported from the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), in what he reported from his Lord, the Mighty and Majestic.
He said, “When the salve comes towards Me a hand-span, I go an arms-length towards him. When he comes towards me an arms-length, I go a fathom towards him. When he comes towards Me walking, I go towards him running” (Al-Bukhari).

If Allah afflicts you with a calamity, none can remove it but He; and if He intends to bestow a favour, none can withhold His bounty. He bestows it on whomsoever of His servants He pleases; He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.  [Yunus, 10:107]
If Allah afflicts you with any harm, none can relieve you other than Him; and if He blesses you with happiness, you should know that He has power over everything.  [An'aam, 6:17]
Narrated 'Aisha: (the wife of the Prophet) Allah's Apostle said, "No calamity befalls a Muslim but that Allah expiates some of his sins because of it, even though it were the prick he receives from a thorn."  [Bukhari Book 70 Patient 544]

Islam And Paradise | How Would It Be?

Islam And Paradise | How Would It Be?

"Now no person knows what delights of the eye are kept hidden (in reserve) for them - as a reward for their (good) deeds." [Quran 32:17]
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “In paradise there are things that no ear has heard, no eye has seen and no one could contemplate.” [Muslim 2825]

The dwellers of Paradise
"Whoever does good whether male or female and he is a believer, We will most certainly make him live a happy life, and We will most certainly give them their reward for the best of what they did." [Quran 16:97]

People of Paradise will get whatever they desire
"They will have whatever they desire with their Lord. That is the reward of the doers of good" [Quran 39:34]
""We have been your friends in the life of this world and are (so) in the Hereafter. Therein you shall have (all) that your inner-selves desire, and therein you shall have (all) for which you ask for." [43:31]

Shall have partners
"And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that they will have gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, "This is what we were provided with before." And it is given to them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein eternally." [2:25]

"Say: Shall I inform you of something better than that? For those who keep from evil, with their Lord, are Gardens underneath which rivers flow wherein they will abide, and pure companions, and contentment from Allah. Allah is Seer of His bondmen" [3:15]

The Qur'an, while referring to the rewards of the pious in the Hereafter, has categorically stated that:
  1. All persons - men as well as women - shall be fully rewarded for their deeds and shall not be wronged in the least [3:195,  4:124, 16:97, 40: 40]
  2. They shall get all that they may desire and all that they can ask for, as a first gift from God. His blessings would follow subsequently [41: 31];
  3. They - men as well as women - shall have perfected counterparts/spouses as a reward of their deeds [2:25, 3:15, 4: 57]
As should be obvious from the above points, there is absolutely no difference in the reward of men and women, as it is mentioned in the Qur'an. An interesting point to note here is that some people have criticized the Qur'an for appealing to the very basic needs and desires of man, which include his desire for taste in edibles and beauty and chastity in his partner. I really do not understand how can a person with even a cursory knowledge and exposure of human nature criticize this aspect of reward, mentioned in the Qur'an. The Qur'an has simply stated that in the life hereafter, man shall be granted all these things that he very strongly desires to possess in the life of this world and due to which, many a times, he is driven away from the path of his Lord's liking. According to some traditions, the women of this world in Paradise will be far more beautiful than the Hoor because they worshipped Allaah The Almighty.

The Messenger of Allah said
Narrated by Abu Huraira Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "Allah, The High and Exalted He is, said, 'I have prepared for My pious slaves (men and women) things which have never been seen by an eye, or heard by an ear, or imagined by a human being.' [Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 4.467]

Abu Hurayra narrated that the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) once said, "Whoever enters Heaven [whether male or female] shall find comfort and no distress; his garments shall not grow threadbare, neither shall his youth ever come to an end. In Heaven there shall be that which no eyes has seen, no ear has heard and which has never occured to mortal mind."
(Ibn Al-Mubarak, 512; Al-Bayhaqi, Ba'th from Remembrance of Death translation by Abdul Hakim Murad p.241)

'O people! We have created you from a man and a woman and made you into peoples and tribes so that you may know each other, verily the most honorable among you in the sight of Allah are the most pious.' [Noble Quran 49:13]

Reward of Pious woman
Narrated 'Ayshah: I did not feel jealous of any of the wives of the Prophet as much as I did of Khadijah (although) she died before he married me, for I often heard him mentioning her, and Allah had told him to give her the good tidings that she would have a palace of Qasab (i.e. pipes of precious stones and pearls in Paradise), and whenever he slaughtered a sheep, he would send her women-friends a good share of it. [Sahih al-Bukhari]

Some FAQ about Paradise
Misconception about 72 or 70 virgins
The idea of 72 virgins in Islam refers to an aspect of paradise. In a collection by Abu `Isa Muhammad ibn `Isa at-Tirmidhi in his Jami` at-Tirmidhi and also quoted by Ibn Kathir in his Tafsir ibn Kathir of sura 55 it is stated:
It was mentioned by Daraj Ibn Abi Hatim, that Abu al-Haytham 'Adullah Ibn Wahb narrated from Abu Sa'id al-Khudhri, who heard Muhammad saying, 'The smallest reward for the people of Heaven is an abode where there are eighty thousand servants and seventy-two houri, over which stands a dome decorated with pearls, aquamarine and ruby, as wide as the distance from al-Jabiyyah to San'a.

However, regarding the above statement Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf has said:
"The narration, which claims that everyone would have seventy-two wives has a weak chain of narrators."[Salahuddin Yusuf, Riyadhus Salihin, commentary on Nawawi, Chapter 372, Dar-us-Salam Publications] There is also a theory that the promise of 72 virgins is a mistranslation from "72 angels" [Warraq, Ibn]
Further, if the Hadith was meant for man then men would have been specifically refer but the Hadith uses "People of Heaven" which also includes Jinns and females

Why Quran and Sunnah stresses for spouse for man?
Bassam Zawadi writes

First of all it is untrue that Muslim men are the only ones that get companions in heaven. The main reason why the Quran and hadith are stressing the fact that men will get virgin girls is because it more appealing to men than promising virgin men to women. Men are more sexually active and therefore are facing a lot of difficulty (especially in the teenage years) to remain chaste. There are a lot of temptations in this world. That is why that Allah keeps promising these virgin girls who are more superior to the women of this world to those that remain patient and steadfast. That way, this motivates the unmarried men to remain chaste and be patient because they know  they have something better waiting for them in the next life. Because if they do not get it legally in the next life then they would get it illegally in this life.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is only ones. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Rights of Non-Muslims In Islam

Rights of Non-Muslims In Islam

Like us on facebook:

Islam a religion of peace and equality as it gives everyone the equal rights whether person is a Muslim or a non-Muslim. There is no discrimination for anyone in Islam.
Prophet said in his last sermon:
" An Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over black nor a black has any superiority over white except by piety and good action"
Islam is the messenger of kindness and The Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) was sent as a mercy to the mankind of whole universe. The Holy Quran says:
“And We have not sent you but as a mercy to all the worlds” [Quran 21:107]
The Holy Quran clearly uses the word “universe” which clarifies that The Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) is not only the mercy for the Muslims but for non-Muslims as well. So there should be no doubt in any person’s mind that Islam does not believe in equality and Islamic teachings are biased.

A Muslims have no right to harm their places of worship in any means. Even, they are not allowed to cut their trees and attack women, children and old men. Islam does not allow a Muslim to enter the house of his non-Muslim neighbor without his permission. These just relations between Muslims and people of other faiths were not due to mere politics played by Muslim rulers, but rather they were a direct result of the teachings of the religion of Islam, one which preaches that people of other religions be free to practice their own faith, only accepting the guidance offered by Islam by their own choice. Allah says in the Quran: “There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion. The right course has become clear from the wrong. So whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing.” [Quran 2:256]

Non-Muslims can seek asylum in Muslim states and the Muslims are also allowed to get asylum in non-Muslim states as the Prophet (PBUH) ordered the earliest Muslims to go to Abyssinia and seek refuge in the Christian country of Negus. Islam has bound all Muslim jurists to be unbiased in their verdict as the Muslims as well as non-Muslims are to be treated equally. Muslim states are also ordered to look after the rights of non-Muslims even from the funds of Finance Department (Bait-ul-Maal).

Non Muslims rights would be decided absolutely and completely on the foundations of the agreement between them and the Islamic state. Muslims are bound by their religion to abide by these terms on all conditions. Any kind of deviation and transgression would come under the breach of contract and Islam holds breaches of faith as forbidden and has branded it a mortal sin.
Allah has said:
Keep (your) covenants because indeed on the Day of Judgement you will be held accountable for them. [Quran17:34]
For this reason the Prophet (sws) said:
And let not the enmity of a people turn you away from justice. Deal justly; this is nearer to piety. [Quran 5:8]
Therefore, according to this principle, it is the right of the non-Muslims that:
Their life, wealth and honour should be protected by the state such that no one is able to lay hands on them.
The Jizyyah imposed on them should be according to their financial conditions.
Jizyyah should only be imposed on individuals who can take part in a war. Children, women, the ha ndicapped, the insane, hermits and monks who have given up the pleasures of the world and the old and the sick who cannot earn their living should in all circumstances be exempted from this tax.
The needy and poor among them should be provided the basic necessities of life.
Their personal matters and religious rituals should be exempted from the law of the state and no interference should be made in their faith and religion.
Their places of worship should not be tampered with.
They should be allowed to present their religion to others in a polite manner.
In short, except for participating in the state affairs, they should be given all the rights which are sanctioned by the norms of justice and fairness for people in a civilised society, and in this regard all dealings should be done in a befitting manner because Allah likes people who adopt this attitude.
(Adapted from Moiz Amjad's Commentary on Ghamidi's Manshur)
According to the teachings of Islam, a Muslim must treat even the dead body and bones of a non-Muslim with respect. It is a great sin to disrespect dead body of a non-Muslim. Islam gives equal rights to non-Muslims with the Muslims to exercise the right of freedom of speech. Non-Muslims can share their views and criticize any wrongdoing by the Muslims or Muslim state. A Haidth of The Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) should be enough for a Muslim to take care of a non-Muslim’s rights.
“Beware!  Whoever is cruel and hard on a non-Muslim minority, curtails their rights, burdens them with more than they can bear, or takes anything from them against their free will; I (Prophet Muhammad) will complain against the person on the Day of Judgment.” [Sunnan Abu Dawud, Volume No. 3, Page No. 170, Hadith No. 3052]
A Muslims should not force any Non-Muslim or stop him to pratice his religion
"Say: O disbelievers! I worship not that which ye worship; Nor worship ye that which I worship. And I shall not worship that which ye worship. Nor will ye worship that which I worship. Unto you your religion, and unto me my religion." [109]
"And if your Lord had pleased, surely all those who are in the earth would have believed, all of them; will you then force men till they become believers?" [Quran 10:99]
And Allah Knows the best

Mack Burton who is an author and scholar of early Christian history and the New Testament writes
"There is no reference to Jesus’ death as a crucifixion in the pre-Markan Jesus material"
[Who Wrote the New Testament, The Making of the Christian Myth, p.87]
For Account of crucifixion see Verses And Prophesies From Bible Denying Crucifixion And Resurrection Of Jesus

“Actually, the fact that we have four gospels lies at the very heart of our problem. Because we read particular parables or sayings or stories in several different versions, we can't miss the disagreements between them"
[Who is Jesus" by John Dominic Crossan p.3-4]
John Dominic is a NT scholar

"God sacrificed his own son in place of humans who needed to be punished for their own sins might make some Christians love Jesus, but is an obscene picture of God. It is almost heavenly child abuse, and may infect our imagination at more earthly levels as well. I do not want to express my faith through a theology that pictures God demanding blood sacrifices in order to be reconciled to us."
(Who is Jesus? by John Dominic Crossan page145-146)

Wherefore he did not himself suffer death, but Simon, a certain man of Cyrene, being compelled, bore the cross in his stead; so that this latter being transfigured by him, that he might be thought to be Jesus, was crucified, through ignorance and error, while Jesus himself received the form of Simon, and, standing by, laughed at them. For since he was an incorporeal power, and the Nous (mind) of the unborn father, he transfigured himself as he pleased, and thus ascended to him who had sent him, deriding them, inasmuch as he could not be laid hold of, and was invisible to all. Those, then, who know these things have been freed from the principalities who formed the world; so that it is not incumbent on us to confess him who was crucified, but him who came in the form of a man, and was thought to be crucified, and was called Jesus, and was sent by the Father.
(The Church Father Iranaeus, Against Heresies, Chapter XXIV.-Doctrines of Saturninus and Basilides)

A very important part of the pagan faiths was the belief in a god who was young and handsome and was supposed to have died or mutilated himself for the sake of mankind.
[A.D. Ajijola , The Myth of the Cross]

What is the significance for our faith and for our religious life, the fact that the Gospel of Paul is different from the Gospel of Jesus?
The attitude which Paul himself takes up towards the Gospel of Jesus is that he does not repeat it in the words of Jesus, and does not appeal to its authority.... The fateful thing is that the Greek, the Catholic, and the Protestant theologies all contain the Gospel of Paul in a form which does not continue the Gospel of Jesus, but displaces it."
(Albert Schweitzer, The Quest for the Historical Jesus)

The 1945 discovery of Gnostic texts at Nag Hammadi, Egypt unearthed a book called The Second Treatise of the Great Seth, where Jesus states:
I did not succumb to them as they had planned. But I was not afflicted at all. Those who were there punished me. And I did not die in reality but in appearance, lest I be put to shame by them because these are my kinsfolk. I removed the shame from me and I did not become fainthearted in the face of what happened to me at their hands. I was about to succumb to fear, and I suffered according to their sight and thought, in order that they may never find any word to speak about them. For my death, which they think happened, (happened) to them in their error and blindness, since they nailed their man unto their death. For their Ennoias did not see me, for they were deaf and blind. But in doing these things, they condemn themselves. Yes, they saw me; they punished me. It was another, their father, who drank the gall and the vinegar; it was not I. They struck me with the reed; it was another, Simon, who bore the cross on his shoulder. It was another upon Whom they placed the crown of thorns. But I was rejoicing in the height over all the wealth of the archons and the offspring of their error, of their empty glory. And I was laughing at their ignorance. (The Treatise of the Great Seth)

“We can no longer accept the appalling theological doctrine that for some mystic reason a propitiatory sacrifice was necessary. It outrages either our conception of God as Almighty or else our conception of Him as All-Loving. The famous Dr. Cruden believed that for the purpose of this sacrifice ‘Christ suffered dreadful pains inflicted by God’, and this, of course, is a standpoint which nauseates the modern mind and which may well be termed a hideous doctrine, not unconnected with the sadistic tendencies of primitive human nature. Actually, it is of pagan origin, being, indeed, perhaps the most obvious relic of heathendom in the Faith”. (Arthur Weigall, The Paganism in Our Christianity)

“The church`s God son who is supposed to have been born of the substance of God from the beginning of eternity is nowhere mentioned in the scriptures nor the God son who would be second person of the trinity descended from heaven and become flesh this is only human invention and superstition as such should be discarded.” (Francis David by W.C Gannett)

"The gospels are all priestly forgeries over a century after their pretended dates."
(Joseph Wheless, The Christ Conspiracy: The Greatest Story Ever Sold, Acharya S)

"The Four Gospels were unknown to the early Christian Fathers. Justin Martyr, the most eminent of the early Fathers, wrote about the middle of the second century. His writings in proof of the divinity of Christ demanded the use of these Gospels had they existed in his time. He makes more than 300 quotations from the books of the Old Testament, and nearly one hundred from the Apocryphal books of the New Testament; but none from the four Gospels.
(The Book Your Church Doesn’t Want You to Read, Tim C. Leedom)

But oral tradition is by definition unstable, notoriously open to mythical, legendary, and fictional embellishment (Gospel Fictions Randal Helms, p. 12)

These can be broadly categorized into two different schools. On the one hand there were those we will call Literalists, because what defines them is that they take the Jesus story as a literal account of historical events. It was this school of Christianity that was adopted by the Roman Empire in the fourth century CE, becoming Roman Catholicism and all its subsequent offshoots. On the other hand, however, there were also radically different Christians known as Gnostics.' These forgotten Christians were later persecuted out of existence by the Literalist Roman Church with such thoroughness that until recently we knew little about them except through the writings of their detractors. Only a handful of original Gnostic texts survived, none of which were published before the nineteenth century.
(Timothy Freke, The Jesus Mysteries: Was the “Original Jesus” a Pagan God?  p. 7)

F. F. Bruce who  was a Biblical scholar writes (Jesus and Christian Origins Outside the New Testament, p. 93):
The docetic note in this narrative appears in the statement that Jesus, while being crucified, 'remained silent, as though he felt no pain', and in the account of his death. It carefully avoids saying that HE DIED, preferring to say that he 'was taken up', as though he - or at least his soul or spiritual self - was 'assumed' direct from the cross to the presence of God. (We shall see an echo of this idea in the Qur'an.) Then the cry of dereliction is reproduced in a form which suggests that, at that moment, his divine power left the bodily shell in which it had taken up temporary residence. Gospel Of Peter And Crucifixion
In Apocalypse Of Peter we find
When he had said those things, I saw him seemingly being seized by them. And I said "What do I see, O Lord? That it is you yourself whom they take, and that you are grasping me? Or who is this one, glad and laughing on the tree? And is it another one whose feet and hands they are striking?"
The Savior said to me, "He whom you saw on the tree, glad and laughing, this is the LIVING JESUS. But this one into whose hands and feet they drive the nails is his fleshly part, which is the SUBSTITUTE being put to SHAME, the one who came into being in his likeness. But look at him and me. [Apocalypse Of Peter]
Apocalypse Of Peter Refutes The Crucifixion Of Jesus | Crucifixion Refuted

There are many parallels between the Gospels and the Scriptures of ancient religions. Scholars have collected hundreds of similarities between Christ and the hindu god Krishna, and the ‘man-god’ saviors of the Mystery Religions.
Krishna states in the book Bhagavad-Gita
"I am the goal of life, the LORD and support of all, the inner witness, the abode of all. I am the only refuge, the ONE true friend; I am the beginning, the staying, and the end of creation; I am the womb and the eternal seed. I am heat; I give and withhold the rain. I am immortality and I am death; I am what is and what is not" [Bhagavad Gita 9:18-19]
This statement was plagiarized by the New Testament and put into Jesus’ mouth:
"I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty" (Revelations 1:8)
"I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last." (Revelations 22:13)

Another passage is borrowed from the scriptures of Buddhism. The Buddha walked upon the water:
"He walks upon the water without parting it, as if on solid ground. ANGUTTARA NIKAYA 3.60 ..."
The Buddhist miracle was plagiarized by the synoptic Gospels:
"And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea." (Mark 14:25, John 6:19)

False Prophet Shall Die | Jesus And The Crucifixion

The False Prophet Shall Die
But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die. [Deuteronomy 18:19]
And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn [you] away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee. [Deuteronomy 13:5]

The one who is hung is under God's curse
"You must not leave the body hanging on the pole overnight. Be sure to bury it that same day, because anyone who is hung on a pole is under God’s curse. You must not desecrate the land the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance." [Deut 21:23]
Jesus was hunged on tree
The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree. (Acts 5:30)
And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree: (Acts 10:39)
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed [is] every one that hangeth on a tree: (Galatians 3:13)
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. (1 Peter 2:24)
We know that Peter was the only one who witnessed crucifixion.
Gospel Of Peter And Crucifixion
Apocalypse Of Peter Refutes The Crucifixion Of Jesus

Further Paul stresses that Jesus was really under a curse
"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law by becoming a curse for us—because it is written, Everyone who is hung on a tree is cursed." [CEB Bible Galatians 3:13]

The Shedding Of Blood Of Others Is No Remission Of Sins
"And Jesus answered: No blood offering, of beast or bird, or man, can take away sin, for how can the conscience be purged from sin by the shedding of innocent blood? Nay, it will increase the condemnation." [Gospel of the Nazorenes, Lection 33 verse 2]
Source : The Gospel of the Holy Twelve
The Gospel of the Holy Twelve, also known as the Gospel of the Nazarenes, is believed by some to be the Gospel described by many commentators of the early Church as the original teachings of the Nazarene called Christ

From Deuteronomy we know that false Prophet shall be put to death.
Do Christians really believe that Jesus who was a man apporved of God was cursed??

Biblical Scholars And Crucifixion | Crucifixion Refuted

"And it was noon, and darkness came over all Judaea: and they were troubled and distressed, lest the sun had set, whilst he was yet alive: [for] it is written for them, that the sun set not on him that hath been put to death. And one of them said, Give him to drink gall with vinegar. And they mixed and gave him to drink, and fulfilled all things, and accomplished their sins against their own head. And many went about with lamps, supposing that it was night, and fell down. And the Lord cried out, saying, My power, my power, thou hast forsaken me. And when he had said it he was taken up. And in that hour the vail of the temple of Jerusalem was rent in twain." [Gospel Of Peter:5]

The Gospel of Peter was written by Peter himself as the book states though the scholars says that authorship is unknown
"And I with my companions was grieved; and being wounded in mind we hid ourselves:" — GoP: 7

1- "....He will see his OFFSPRING  and prolong his DAYS , and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand." [Isaiah 53:10]

2- " The LORD protects the simple hearted; when I was in great need, he saved me. (See Psalm 91:3, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 15) Be at rest once more, O my soul, for the LORD has been good to you. For you, O LORD, have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling, " [Psalm 116:6-8]

3- Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked. If you make the Most High your dwelling— even the LORD, who is my refuge- then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. [Psalm 91:3-12]

4 - "But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.' For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." [Matthew 9:13]
"If you had known what these words mean, 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice,' you would not have condemned the innocent." [Matthew 12:7]

5 - "Nevertheless I must walk to day, and tomorrow, and the day following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of  Jerusalem." [Luke 13:33]
Jesus was crucified out of Jerusalem
And so Jesus also suffered out side the city gate to make the people holy through his own blood. [Hebrews 13:12]

6- Disciples did not believe it either
"Still later he appeared to the eleven disciples as they were eating together. He rebuked them for their stubborn unbelief because they refused to believe those who had seen him after he had been raised from the dead." [Mark 16:14]
"But the story sounded like nonsense to the men, so they didn't believe it." [Matthew 28:17]

7- Jesus tells why he came for
"But Jesus replied, "We must go on to other towns as well, and I will preach to them, too. That is why I came." [Mark 1:38]
"But he said, "I must preach the good news of the kingdom of God to the other towns also, because that is why I was sent." [Luke 4:43]

8- The apostles did not expect Jesus to rise from the dead
"But Peter took him aside and began to reprimand him for saying such things. "Heaven forbid, Lord," he said. "This will never happen to you!" [Matthew 16:22]
" "They left that place and passed through Galilee. Jesus did not want anyone to know where they were, because he was teaching his disciples. He said to them, “The Son of Man is going to be betrayed into the hands of men. They will kill him, and after three days he will rise.” But they did not understand what he meant and were afraid to ask him about it." [Mark 9:30-32]

9- Jesus never foretold his crucifixion
"Now I know that the LORD rescues his anointed king. He will answer him from his holy heaven and RESCUE him by his great power" [Psalms 20:6]
"He went on a little farther and bowed with his face to the ground, praying, "My Father! If it is possible, let this cup of suffering be taken away from me. Yet I want your will to be done, not mine."  [Matthew 26:39]

10- Bible reject human sacrifice
"They sacrificed their sons and daughters in the fire. They practiced divination and sorcery and sold themselves to do evil in the eyes of the LORD, provoking him to anger." [2 Kings 17:17]

11- "It was Mary Magdalene and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and other women that were with them, which told these things unto the apostles. And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed them not." [Luke 24:10-11]

12- Jesus appeared to people alive giving many proofs
"He presented himself ALIVE to them after his suffering by many proofs, appearing to them during forty days and speaking about the kingdom of God." [Acts 1:3]

13- His prayer was heard
During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with fervent cries and tears to the one who could SAVE HIM FROM THE DEATH, and he was HEARD because of his reverent submission. Son though he was, he learned obedience from what he SUFFERED " [Hebrew 5:5-8]

14- Jesus was not resurrected, he was not a spirit
"Look at my hands. Look at my feet. You can see that it's really me. Touch me and make sure that I am not a ghost, because ghosts don't have bodies, as you see that I do.As he spoke,he showed them his hands and his feet."
The Jesus was trying to prove here that he was not a spirit but was still alive, that he has not died as they were thinking that he had returned from the dead, that he had been resurrected, and if so he would be in a spiritual form — A SPIRIT! And Jesus is telling them that he is NOT that — he is not a spirit — NOT resurrected!
The spirit does not have flesh and bones but Jesus had.
Even if someone says he rose physically from the dead then he must not have the feeling of hunger and thirst as dead bodies does not. But eventually he had
"And while they still did not believe it because of joy and amazement, he asked them, “Do you have anything here to eat?” They gave him a piece of broiled fish, and he took it and ate it in their presence." [Luke 24: 41-42]

15- Jesus did not want to die, he was unwilling
"Father, if you are willing, please take this cup of SUFFERING away from me. Yet I want your will to be done, not mine." [Luke 22:42]
"Abba, Father," he cried out, "everything is possible for you. Please take this cup of SUFFERING away from me. Yet I want your will to be done, not mine." [Mark 14:36]
And
"During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with fervent cries and tears to the one who could SAVE HIM FROM THE DEATH, and he was HEARD because of his reverent submission. Son though he was, he learned obedience from what he SUFFERED" [Hebrew 5:5-8]

16- Was Jesus willing to get crucified?
Christians says that Jesus willingly went to cross to bear the burden of our sin and offer us the sacrifice. It is to know that Jesus can not went willingly on the cross. Consider, if he went willingly why he said O lord? Why have you forsaken me?
"And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?” that is, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”"  [Matthew 27:46]

17- "For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of a huge fish, so the Son of Man will be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth." [Matthew 12:40]
This prophesy failed because the Jesus was not three DAYS and three DAYS in the tomb.
By the traditional " Good Friday–Easter Sunday " timing, from Friday sundown to Saturday sundown is one night and one day. Saturday night to Sunday daybreak is another night, giving us two nights and one day. Jesus clearly says THREE days and nights.
Christians says that traditionally any part of the day was count as a full day but we should know traditions can not be used to elaborate or mix it with the Divine Law.
And Perhaps Jonah was alive after he came out of the heart of the Sea. Not Dead

18- Jesus showed his original body to disciples
"On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jewish leaders, Jesus came and stood among them and said,“Peace be with you!” After he said this, But many were amazed when they saw him. His face was so disfigured he seemed hardly human, and from his appearance, one would scarcely know he was a man. . The disciples were overjoyed when they saw the Lord." [John 20:19-20]

19- Dead Jesus receiving medicines?
" On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb." [Luke 24:1]
Gill's exposition of the Entire Bible
"Bringing the spices which they had prepared; on the sabbath eve, to anoint the body, but were prevented by reason of the sabbath"

20- Jesus never went beyond human likeness in his life. He was always recognizable.
"But many were amazed when they saw him. His face was so disfigured he seemed hardly human, and from his appearance, one would scarcely know he was a man." [Isaiah 52:14]

21- Lord will hear the cries of Jesus for help and responded
"For he has not despised or scorned the suffering of the afflicted one; he has not hidden his face from him but has listened to his cry for help." [Psalm 22:24]

---------------------------------------

21- Mark was the first writer to record the crucifixion, yet he was NOT an eye-witness!
“The author of Mark, the earliest of the narrative gospels, was not an eyewitness: he is reporting information conveyed to him by a third person or persons, who themselves were quite possible not eye-witnesses” (Robert Walter Funk, The Jesus Seminar: The Acts of Jesus, p. 4)

22- Gospel of Barnabs denies Jesus Crucifixion And Resurrection
Jesus was not crucified according to Gospel of Barnabas

23- Accounts of Crucifixion And Resurrection conflicts with in the Gospels
Contradiction On Account Of Jesus Crucifixion

24- When he had said those things, I [Peter]]saw him seemingly being seized by them.

First of all, it is important to know that according to the New Testament itself, all of Jesus' Disciples fled for their lives on the night of crucifixion.  None of them witnessed Jesus' crucifixion except for one, that is Saint Peter!  He was the lone and only witness of the actual crucifixion event.  Let us look at what the Bible's New Testament says:

Peter was to deny Jesus three times
"Truly I tell you [Peter],” Jesus answered, “this very night, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times.”
But Peter declared, “Even if I have to die with you, I will never disown you.” And all the other disciples said the same." [Matthew 26:34-35]
Later
Peter Disowns Jesus three times
Now Peter was sitting out in the courtyard, and a servant girl came to him. “You also were with Jesus of Galilee,” she said.
But he denied it before them all. “I don’t know what you’re talking about,” he said.
Then he went out to the gateway, where another servant girl saw him and said to the people there, “This fellow was with Jesus of Nazareth.”
He denied it again, with an oath: “I don’t know the man!”
After a little while, those standing there went up to Peter and said, “Surely you are one of them; your accent gives you away.”
Then he began to call down curses, and he swore to them, “I don’t know the man!” Immediately a rooster crowed.
Then Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken:“Before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times.” And he went outside and wept bitterly.

We know that all the Disciples of Jesus forsook him and fled except Peter. The only reason he was not crucified was because he denied knowing and being with Jesus, Otherwise he might have suffered too. Moving on to Apocalypse Of Peter. The text is as follows. Main points have been bold and are little in capital letters

As the Savior was sitting in the temple in the three hundredth (year) of the covenant and the agreement of the tenth pillar, and being satisfied with the number of the living, incorruptible Majesty, he said to me, "Peter, blessed are those above belonging to the Father, who revealed life to those who are from the life, through me, since I reminded they who are built on what is strong, that they may hear my word, and distinguish words of unrighteousness and transgression of law from righteousness, as being from the height of every word of this Pleroma of truth, having been enlightened in good pleasure by him whom the principalities sought. But they did not find him, nor was he mentioned among any generation of the prophets. He has now appeared among these, in him who appeared, who is the Son of Man, who is exalted above the heavens in a fear of men of like essence. But you yourself, Peter, become perfect in accordance with your name with myself, the one who chose you, because from you I have established a base for the remnant whom I have summoned to knowledge. Therefore be strong until the imitation of righteousness - of him who had summoned you, having summoned you to know him in a way which is worth doing because of the rejection which happened to him, and the sinews of his hands and his feet, and the crowning by those of the middle region, and the body of his radiance which they bring in hope of service because of a reward of honor - as he was about to reprove you three times in this night."

And as he was saying these things, I saw the priests and the people running up to us with stones, as if they would kill us; and I was afraid that we were going to die.
And he said to me, "Peter, I have told you many times that they are blind ones who have no guide. If you want to know their blindness, put your hands upon (your) eyes - your robe - and say what you see."
But when I had done it, I did not see anything. I said "No one sees (this way)."
Again he told me, "Do it again."
And there came in me fear with joy, for I saw a new light greater than the light of day. Then it came down upon the Savior. And I told him about those things which I saw.
And he said to me again, "Lift up your hands and listen to what the priests and the people are saying."
And I listened to the priests as they sat with the scribes. The multitudes were shouting with their voice.
When he heard these things from me he said to me, "Prick up your ears and listen to the things they are saying."
And I listened again, "As you sit, they are praising you".

And when I said these things, the Savior said, "I have told you that these (people) are blind and deaf. Now then, listen to the things which they are telling you in a mystery, and guard them, Do not tell them to the sons of this age. For they shall blaspheme you in these ages since they are ignorant of you, but they will praise you in knowledge."
"For many will accept our teaching in the BEGINNING.And they will turn from them again by the will of the Father of their error, because they have done what he wanted. And he will reveal them in his judgment, i.e., the servants of the Word. But those who became mingled with these shall become their prisoners, since they are without perception. And the guileless, good, pure one they push to the worker of death, and to the kingdom of those who praise Christ in a restoration. And they praise the men of the propagation of falsehood, those who will come after you. And they will cleave to the name of a dead man, thinking that they will become pure. But they will become greatly defiled and they will fall into a name of error, and into the hand of an evil, cunning man and a manifold dogma, and they will be ruled without law."

"For some of them will blaspheme the truth and proclaim evil teaching. And they will say evil things against each other. Some will be named: (those) who stand in (the) strength of the archons, of a man and a naked woman who is manifold and subject to much suffering. And those who say these things will ask about dreams. And if they say that a dream came from a demon worthy of their error, then they shall be given perdition instead of incorruption."
"For evil cannot produce good fruit. For the place from which each of them is produces that which is like itself; for not every soul is of the truth, nor of immortality. For every soul of these ages has death assigned to it in our view, because it is always a slave, since it is created for its desires and their eternal destruction, in which they are and from which they are. They love the creatures of the matter which came forth with them."

"But the immortal souls are not like these, O Peter. But indeed, as long as the hour is not yet come, it (the immortal soul) shall resemble a mortal one. But it shall not reveal its nature, that it alone is the immortal one, and thinks about immortality, having faith, and desiring to renounce these things."
"For people do not gather figs from thorns or from thorn trees, if they are wise, nor grapes from thistles. For, on the one hand, that which is always becoming is in that from which it is, being from what is not good, which becomes destruction for it and death. But that which comes to be in the Eternal One is in the One of the life and the immortality of the life which they resemble."
"Therefore all that which exists not will dissolve into what exists not. For deaf and blind ones join only with their own kind."

"But others shall change from evil words and misleading mysteries. Some who do not understand mystery speak of things which they do not understand, but they will boast that the mystery of the truth is theirs alone. And in haughtiness they shall grasp at pride, to envy the immortal soul which has become a pledge. For every authority, rule, and power of the aeons wishes to be with these in the creation of the world, in order that those who are not, having been forgotten by those that are, may praise them, though they have not been SAVED, nor have they been brought to the Way by them, always wishing that they may become imperishable ones. For if the immortal soul receives power in an intellectual spirit -. But immediately they join with one of those who misled them."

"But many others, who oppose the truth and are the messengers of error, will set up their error and their law AGAINST THESE PURE THOUGHTS OF MINE, as looking out from one (perspective) thinking that good and evil are from one (source). They do BUSINESS in my word. And they will propagate harsh fate. The race of immortal souls will go in it in vain, until my Parousia. For they shall come out of them - and my forgiveness of their transgressions, into which they fell through their adversaries, whose ransom I got from the slavery in which they were, to give them freedom that they may create an imitation remnant in the name of a dead man, who is Hermas, of the first-born of unrighteousness, in order that the light which exists may not believed by the little ones. But those of this sort are the workers who will be cast into the outer darkness, away from the sons of light. For neither will they enter, nor do they permit those who are going up to their approval for their release."

"And still others of them who suffer think that they will perfect the wisdom of the brotherhood which really exists, which is the spiritual fellowship of those united in communion, through which the wedding of incorruptibility shall be revealed. The kindred race of the sisterhood will appear as an imitation. These are the ones who oppress their brothers, saying to them, "Through this our God has pity, since salvation comes to us through this," not knowing the punishment of those who are made glad by those who have done this thing to the little ones whom they saw, (and) whom they took prisoner."

"And there shall be others of those who are outside our number who name themselves bishop and also deacons, as if they have received their authority from God. They bend themselves under the judgment of the leaders. Those people are dry canals."
But I said " I am afraid because of what you have told me, that indeed little (ones) are, in our view, the counterfeit ones, indeed, that there are multitudes that will mislead other multitudes of living ones, and destroy them among themselves. And when they speak your name they will be believed."

The Savior said, "For a time determined for them in proportion to their error they will rule over the little ones. And after the completion of the error, the never-aging one of the immortal understanding shall become young, and they (the little ones) shall rule over those who are their rulers. The root of their error he shall pluck out, and he shall put it to shame so that it shall be manifest in all the impudence which it has assumed to itself. And such ones shall become unchangeable, O Peter."
"Come therefore, let us go on with the completion of the will of the incorruptible Father. For behold, those who will bring them judgment are coming, and they will put them to shame. But me they cannot TOUCH. And you, O Peter, shall stand in their midst. Do not be afraid because of your cowardice. Their minds shall be closed, for the invisible one has opposed them."

"
But I, when I had looked, said "Lord, no one is looking at you. Let us flee this place."
But he said to me, "I have told you, 'Leave the blind alone!'. And you, see how they do not know what they are saying. For the son of their glory instead of my servant, they have put to shame."
And I saw someone about to approach us resembling him, even him who was laughing on the tree. And he was with a Holy Spirit, and he is the Savior. And there was a great, ineffable light around them, and the multitude of ineffable and invisible angels blessing them. And when I looked at him, the one who gives praise was revealed.

And he said to me, "Be strong, for you are the one to whom these MYSTERIES have been given, to know them through revelation, that he whom they crucified is the first-born, and the home of demons, and the stony vessel in which they dwell, of Elohim, of the cross, which is under the Law. But he who stands near him is the living Savior, the first in him, whom they seized and released, who stands joyfully looking at those who did him violence, while they are divided among themselves. Therefore he laughs at their lack of perception, knowing that they are born blind. So then the one susceptible to suffering shall come, since the BODY is the SUBSTITUTE . But what they released was my incorporeal body. But I am the intellectual Spirit filled with radiant light. He whom you saw coming to me is our intellectual Pleroma, which unites the perfect light with my Holy Spirit."

"These things, then, which you saw you shall present to those of another race [I.e Arabs] who are not of this age. For there will be no honor in any man who is not immortal, but only (in) those who were chosen from an immortal substance, which has shown that it is able to contain him who gives his abundance. Therefore I said, 'Every one who has, it will be given to him, and he will have plenty.' But he who does not have, that is, the man of this place, who is completely dead, who is removed from the planting of the creation of what is begotten, whom, if one of the immortal essence appears, they think that they possess him - it will be taken from him and be added to the one who is. You, therefore, be courageous and do not fear at all. For I shall be with you in order that none of your enemies may prevail unto you. Peace be to you, Be strong!"

Hurting, Abusing and mistreating an animal is a sin in Islam The Quran describes that animals form communities, just as humans do:
"There is not an animal that lives on the earth, nor a being that flies on its wings, but they form communities like you. Nothing have we omitted from the Book, and they all shall be gathered to their Lord in the end" [Quran 6:38]
Islam is more than just a religion, it's a way of life. Because of this, Islam includes rules for its followers in all sorts of areas of life, from how to pray to how to conduct business, and this includes how to treat animals. Islam instructs its followers to be kind to animals and show love for all living things. Islam came at a time where animals were treated very poorly and as if they had no feelings. Islam was a pioneer for animal rights. As the Quran says,
"We have not sent you (Muhammad) but as a mercy to the worlds." [21:107]

The mercy of Islam extends beyond human beings to all living creations of God. Islam prohibits cruelty to animals. Fourteen hundred years ago, long before the modern animal rights movement began with the publication of Peter Singer’s book, “Animal Liberation,” in 1975, Islam required kindness to animals and cruelty to them a sufficient reason for a person to be thrown into the Fire! Once, the Prophet of Mercy spoke of God’s forgiveness due to the humane treatment of animals. He told his companions the story of a man who got thirsty on his way. He found a well, climbed down inside it to the water, and quenched his thirst. When he came out he saw a panting dog licking on mud out of extreme thirst. The man thought to himself, ‘The dog has become as thirsty as I was!’ The man went down the well again and got some water for the dog. God appreciated his good work and forgave him. The companions asked, ‘O Prophet of God, do we get rewarded on humane treatment of animals?’ He said,‘There is a reward in (doing good to) every living being.’ [Saheeh Al-Bukhari]

Killing animals for fun, or torturing them, is strictly forbidden in Islam. Hunting animals for sport is also not allowed in Islam. Setting animals against each other, such as in cock fights, is forbidden, as is using animals for target practice. The Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) said, "There is no man who kills [even] a sparrow or anything smaller, without its deserving it, but Allah (God) will question him about it [on the Day of Judgment]," and "Whoever is kind to the creatures of God is kind to himself." The Prophet cursed one who kills a living creature as a mere sport (as in hunting) (Muslim).

Animals and other living things were created by Allah, the Lord of the Universe. They have their own independent existences and modes of living. While compassion towards animals is a reason to go to heaven, being cruel to them can be a reason for going to hell.
Narrated By 'Abdullah bin 'Umar : Allah's Apostle said, "A lady was punished because of a cat which she had imprisoned till it died. She entered the (Hell) Fire because of it, for she neither gave it food nor water as she had imprisoned it, nor set it free to eat from the vermin of the earth." [Bukhari Vol.4, Book 56, #689]

The Prophet (Peace be upon him) had a pet cat named Muezza. He cared about her so much that one day when he was getting ready to go out, he found her asleep on the sleeve of his cloak. So he cut off his sleeve rather than wake her up. There was also one of the companions of the prophet who loved cats very much, and the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) nicknamed him Abu Hurairah, which means Father of Cats

Using animals is permitted The Qur'an explicitly states that animals can be used for human benefit in a just manner
" It is Allah who provided for you all manner of livestock, that you may ride on some of them and from some you may derive your food. And other uses in them for you to satisfy your heart's desires. It is on them, as on ships, that you make your journeys" [Qur'an 40:79-80]

- Islam requires that pets or farm animals be provided with proper food, water, and a place to live.
- Islam forbids killing animals
- Animals can be use for work in a humble and just manner which does not overburden or pain them
- Islam forbids using animals or birds for targets when practicing shooting
- Separating nestling birds from their mothers is not allowed in Islam
- It is forbidden to mutilate an animal by cutting off its ears, tails or other body parts without just reason.
- A sick animal under one’s care should be treated properly
- An animal should not be beaten or tortured

Through these rules and regulations legislated in regards to animals, the Muslims gains the respect and understanding that other creatures are not to be used and abused as one wills, but that they, have rights which must be given in order to ensure that the justice and mercy of Islam be met to all which inhabit this earth.

The following is taken from IslamQA The wisdom behind calamities
Praise be to Allaah. Yes, there is great wisdom behind calamities and disasters, including the following:
Why God [Allah] Send Natural Disasters?
1 – To attain true submission and servitude (‘uboodiyyah) to Allaah, the Lord of the Worlds.
Many people are slaves to their whims and desires and are not true slaves of Allaah. They say that they are slaves of Allaah, but when they are tested they turn on their heels and lose out in this world and in the Hereafter, and that is an evident loss. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And among mankind is he who worships Allaah as it were upon the edge (i.e. in doubt): if good befalls him, he is content therewith; but if a trial befalls him he turns back on his face (i.e. reverts to disbelief after embracing Islam). He loses both this world and the Hereafter. That is the evident loss” [al-Hajj 22:11]

2 – Trials prepare the believers to prevail on earth
It was said to Imam al-Shaafa’i (may Allaah have mercy on him): Which is better, patience or tests or prevailing? He said: Prevailing is the level attained by the Prophets, and there can be no prevailing except after trials. If a person is tried he will become patient, and if he remains patient he will prevail.

3 – Expiation of sins
Al-Tirmidhi (2399) narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Trials will continue to befall the believing man or woman in himself, his child and his wealth until he meets Allaah with no sin on him.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (2399), classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in al-Silsilah al-Saheehah, 2280.

It was narrated that Anas (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) “When Allaah wills good for His slave, He hastens the punishment for him in this world, and when Allaah wills ill for His slave, he withholds the punishment for his sins from him his sin until he comes with all his sins on the Day of Resurrection.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (2396); classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in al-Silsilah al-Saheehah (1220).

4 – Attainment of reward and a rise in status
Muslim (2572) narrated that ‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The believer is not harmed by a thorn or anything greater, but Allaah will raise him in status thereby, or erase a sin thereby.”

5 – Calamities provide an opportunity to think about one's faults and shortcomings and past mistakes. Because if it is a punishment, what was the sin?

6 – Calamity is a lesson in Tawheed, faith and trust in Allaah
It shows you in a practical sense what you really are, so you will realize that you are a weak slave, and you have no strength and no power except with your Lord, then you will put your trust in Him in a true sense, and will turn to Him in a true sense, and put aside your position, pride, arrogance, self-admiration and heedlessness, and you will understand that you are poor and in need of your Lord, and you are weak and need to turn to the Most Strong, the Almighty,  may He be glorified.
Ibn al-Qayyim said: Were it not that Allaah treats His slaves with the remedy of trials and calamities, they would transgress and overstep the mark. When Allaah wills good for His slaves, He gives him the medicine of calamities and trials according to his situation, so as to cure him from all fatal illnesses and diseases, until He purifies and cleanses him, and then makes him qualified for the most honourable position in this world, which is that of being a true slave of Allaah (‘uboodiyyah), and for the greatest reward in the Hereafter, which is that of seeing Him and being close to Him.Zaad al-Ma’aad, 4/195

7 – Calamities drive out self-admiration from our hearts and bring them closer to Allaah
Ibn Hajr said: Yoonus ibn Bukayr narrated in Ziyaadaat al-Maghaazi that al-Rabee’ ibn Anas said: A man said on the day of Hunayn: “We will never be defeated today for lack of numbers.” That upset the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and then they were defeated.
Ibn al-Qayyim said in Zaad al-Ma’aad (3/477):  In His wisdom, Allaah decreed that the Muslims should first taste the bitterness of defeat, despite their great numbers and adequate equipment and strength, so as to humble some people who felt proud as a result of the conquest of Makkah and who had not entered His land and His sanctuary as the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had entered it, bending his head whilst riding his horse to the extent that his chin almost touched the saddle, out of humbleness before his Lord.

Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):  “And that Allaah may test (or purify) the believers (from sins) and destroy the disbelievers” [Aal ‘Imraan 3:141]

Al-Qaasimi (4/239) said: i.e., to cleanse them and purify them of sin and of pride and arrogance. He also cleanses them of the hypocrites, and make them stand out distinct from them… then He mentions another reason, which is “to destroy the disbelievers”, for if they prevail they will transgress and overstep the mark, which will be the cause of their downfall and destruction. The laws of Allaah dictate that when He wants to destroy His enemies and erase them, he makes available to them the means which will lead to their doom and eradication, among the greatest of which, after their kufr, is their transgression and tyranny in persecuting, opposing and fighting His close friends… Allaah destroyed those who waged war against the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) on the day of Uhud and persisted in kufr.

8 – To demonstrate the true nature of people, for there are people whose virtue is unknown until calamity strikes

Al-Fudayl ibn ‘Iyaad said: As long as people are doing fine, their true nature is concealed, but when calamity strikes, their true natures are revealed, so the believer resorts to his faith and the hypocrite resorts to his hypocrisy.
Al-Bayhaqi narrated in al-Dalaa’il that Abu Salamah said: Many people were confused – i.e., after the Isra’ – and some people came to Abu Bakr and told him. He said: “I bear witness that he is telling the truth.” They said: “Do you believe that he went to Syria in one night then came back to Makkah?” He said: “Yes, and I believe him in more than that, I believe what he says of the Revelation that comes to him from heaven.” And because of that he was named al-Siddeeq.

9 – Calamities strengthen people’s resolve
Allaah chose for His Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) a hard life filled with all kinds of hardship from a young age, in order to prepare him for the great mission that awaited him, which none could bear but the strongest of men, who have gone through hardship and who are tested with calamities and bear them with patience.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was born an orphan, then it was not long before his mother died too.
Allaah reminded the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) of that when He said (interpretation of the meaning): “Did He not find you O Muhammad) an orphan and give you a refuge?” [al-Duha 93:6]
It is as if Allaah wanted to prepare the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) to bear responsibility and endure hardship from an early age.

10 – Another reason behind calamities and hardship is that a person becomes able to distinguish between true friends and friends who only have their own interests at heart.

11 – Calamities remind you of your sins so that you can repent from them.
Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “Whatever of good reaches you, is from Allaah, but whatever of evil befalls you, is from yourself” [al-Nisa’ 4:79]
“And whatever of misfortune befalls you, it is because of what your hands have earned. And He pardons much” [al-Shoora 42:30]
Calamities offer an opportunity to repent before the greater punishment comes on the Day of Resurrection. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And verily, We will make them taste of the near torment (i.e. the torment in the life of this world, i.e. disasters, calamities) prior to the supreme torment (in the Hereafter), in order that they may (repent and) return (i.e. accept Islam)” [al-Sajdah 32:21]
The “near torment” is hardship in this world and bad things that happen to a person. If life continues to be easy, a person may become conceited and arrogant, and think that he has no need of Allaah, so by His mercy He tests people so that they may return to Him.

12 – Calamities show you the true nature of this world and its transience, and that it is temporary conveniences, and shows us that true life is that which is beyond this world, in a life in which there is no sickness or exhaustion.
“Verily, the home of the Hereafter that is the life indeed (i.e. the eternal life that will never end), if they but knew” [al-‘Ankaboot 29:64]
But this life is just hardship and exhaustion.
“Verily, We have created man in toil” [al-Balad 90:4]

13 – Calamities remind you of the great blessings of good health and ease.
This calamity shows you in the clearest way the meaning of health and ease that you enjoyed for many years, but did not taste their sweetness or appreciate them fully.
Calamities remind you of blessings and the One Who bestows them, and cause you to thank and praise Allaah for His blessings.

14 – Longing for Paradise
You will never long for Paradise until you taste the bitterness of this world. How can you long for Paradise when you are content with this world?
This is some of the wisdom behind calamities, and the interests attained by them, and the wisdom of Allaah is great indeed.

And Allaah knows best.
